Great burgers, great service and theyre expanding through the shop that was nextdoor. It appears its going to be over double the size, great new kitchen, new and improved bathrooms, but same great burgers. Hope they continue to have the cheep wings Monday that work keep me from enjoying 96% of the time. Theyre on the home stretch with the new server stand so another week or three and you can enjoy the improved Tap. Photo is the existing old section.

The bar seemed alright a time ago, but it appears as though their giant lost of clientele to the nearby newer bars has made the bartender a bit cranky. A group of my friends were thrown out for playing songs like "magic carpet ride" and "free fallin." Seriously... For almost the same priced drinks and a better, less coke dealing atmosphere by far you can just walk across the street to The Ox.

Im so sad, we used to love The Oxford Tap but the past few times we have got a to-go order it has been awful! We love the wings, but the past 3 times we have ordered them they have been so so burnt we havent been able to eat them. I dont understand why you would think black wings would be ok to serve? Might have to wait a few months and try them again when they get their act together.

We have been here a few times & the food was great. And the prices are fair. Gluten free mac & cheese - yummy & very cheesy. Reuben - very good. Fish tacos - very good, warning they are spicey. Chicken strips - freshly battered and delicious. Sweet potato fries have cinnamon and sugar are delicious with the honey mustard sauce. The Tap Room sliders and burgers are great.

The best Wings, Tap Burgers, and food in Oxford. I hear they are expanding into to the building next door for more room. Love the Oxford Tap, and Im glad they are expanding, they need to because they are always busy and full of people. Good for them! They are a Oxford staple, if passing through or live near by. Great food and great atmosphere. Thumbs up!

If you cant hear my review, its because you were trapped in here on a weekend night. Expansion will help (noise/crowd/lack of bathroom facilities), back patio is great. Fun if you are of the biker (or bike appreciation) bent. Good drinks , decent price and occasionally good live music. Great spot for a beer and those fluent in sign language.

The food is wonderful. Service is always friendly. If you want a burger or a NY strip with a peppercorn zip sauce or a reuben, "The Tap" is the place to go. They have a great selection of really good micro brews and ipas. YOU have to try the tap wings, tossed in a sauce and then grilled....mmmmmm...sooo good.

OMG! this place is our Fave, for Burgers especially. Atmosphere is always fun and the place is usually crowded as heck at dinner time. Wait staff is excellent, and they even have a Tap Club card where you can earn 10 bucks off every so many visits. You can never go wrong at the Tap Room!

My husband and I LOVE this place. We recently moved to Oxford and tried out the area restaurants/bars. The Oxford Tap is our favorite place to go. We love the atmosphere, service and food. The waitstaff is excellent, especially Jessica C. Definitely recommend!

Local dive bar with really good food and a pretty good beer selection. Best burgers and wings in the LO-OX area by a long shot. Its small and noisy like a dive bar should be but their food is fantastic, even steaks and salads.

We go on mondays for their BOGO wings! We get buffalo and tap style, which are delicous! I suggest getting there a bit before 6pm though as they get busy quick and not a whole lot of seating.

Wife loves the fish tacos, says best shes ever had. I think the Irish eyes are amazing. And of course the Tap style wings are one of a kind! Its a must try if youre in the area.

Chef Adam does a fantastic job with new menu items just about everyday. The soups are homemade from scratch and amazing. Bike Night in the summer is always a good time as well.
