Horrible Experience!!!! I ordered a hamburger and fries for pickup. It took over 40 mins and they also lost my order. I went in and the greeter was very nasty. Also the customers were so rude and stuck up. I cant believe a new restaurant in Grandview could be this bad. I asked the person on the phone how long would it take. She told me 15 mins. Yeah Right!! I was late to my show and missed the begining. I dont know if I will go back. Its insane that the manager didnt say sorry about your wait or comp anything. Im very humble and down to earth but this is so unprofessional.

I got the pizza. The pizza here has very thick bread, which isnt necessarily bad, but there was not enough sauce and especially not enough cheese for this much bread. The bread flavor was simply too overpowering. In addition, the sauce was too watery and would squirt out and make a mess. My last complaint is that the decor indoors is fairly bland. I did enjoy that my pizza was served on some sort of elevated cake platter. The service was friendly; I have no complaints there.

Absolutely horrible service. Food took over an hour due to a horrible waiter, a "lost order" in the kitchen, and then the Manager stated, "what do you want ME to do?!" when we mentioned the both appalling an unacceptable service. Seriously, Ive never been treated so poorly, my parents who accompanied me earlier, in a restaurant. Probably because we are black.

Ive been here several times and never had a bad experience. Great food, great service and a little something for everyone and every occasion on the menu. Whether youre going to have a great meal or just some drinks and appetizers Im sure youll find something here to your liking. My personal favorites are the egg sandwich and the press grill burger!

Excellent food and service. The Press Pub offers a selection of food to please any eater: pizza, sandwiches, salads, soups, even Thanksgiving Dinner once a week. I got the French Dip and it was very good. The draft beer selection is good and offers a number of local brews.

Press Grill has reliably excellent diner-style burgers, my favorite in town in fact. Get your burger with bacon and "press-style" with an egg for the full experience. Their weekly specials are excellent, especially the Coney dogs on Mondays and the wings on Wednesdays.

We visited Press prior to going to a Blue Jackets game on a Thursday evening. We were seated quickly but our waiter took a little bit to get to us. The food was pretty good. The mac and cheese was a little greasy and thick for my liking but still good.

Service was great! We ordered pizza...not nearly as good as we had hoped, the crust tasted store bought. We will go back and try something different next visit . Nice atmosphere. It is very loud sitting inside, difficult to carry on a conversation.

Went for dinner on a Tuesday night. Outside patio is nice but it took almost an hour to get our food and the service was in general very slow. The wings are good and the food decent but wont go back due to poor service.
