I miss the little short girl who worked the midnight shift. She always seemed so tired and stressed out. I constantly worried about her mental health. However, she was always so friendly and talked to me. Always received excellent service from her. She made the best coffee. Hmmmm. Sugar was always right and stirred. Im giving this place a one star because a few times I went in during the day, a loud woman (I could hear her from outside) had talked behind a costumers back. She was all smiles and made excellent conversation, but the moment the other costumer left, she complained about this person. Said the most awful comments. I couldnt believe what came out of her mouth. However, there was this one guy. I think he was deaf, made my sandwich so deliciously. He was so friendly and funny. He did have a dry sense of humor, but I had a blast talking to him.

Meh. The staff was extremely friendly, but the cashier and the person making the food messed up the order. I ordered two bacon sandwiches, received two sausage sandwiches. When I checked the receipt, it said 1 bacon and 1 sausage. The bagel one of my sandwiches was on was burnt, and the bottom of it was covered in jelly... Which isnt a great situation on a savory breakfast sandwich. It also makes me nervous about their food handling skills a bit... I feel that they would have been happy to correct it, but I was already back at work when I opened up my food.

Who puts a frosted donut in the same bag as a hot sandwich. This happened numerous times and made a mess of the chocolate frosting and ruined my donut. I worte an email to corporate who did NOTHING! They did not even contact me. As for as I know their still doing silly activities like this but I now eat at other places. I was sometimes not given any napkins either or one lousy thin napkin. This was all through the drive through. This tim Hortons sucks!

I went to this Tim Hortons (haggerty and 6mile) a few times at night after I get of work at night (12am) on the weekends and there is a girl worker there. I think her name is Kailey. But she is a very friendly and welcoming person. She always gets my order right and pretty fast too. This is my favorite Tim Hortons because of her! Great job! Nice ending of my long nights!

Ive been going to Tim Hortons quite often, I ordered a four cheese bagel, asked to have it toasted, with cream cheese and cut in half. When I got the bagel, it wasnt cut in half, and there was NO cream cheese on it. Just a plain toasted bagel. I was running late and couldnt turn around but I was very disappointed.

All are very nice Drive Through, only one employee when there , very rude and try to rush me in a very rude way , I dont know how they choose this employee at the window, normally the nicest people works as customer service, ...How come they did not find anyone else !

This Tim Hortons has the most friendly staff I have ever seen in the fast food industry. I admire how well and smooth this location runs. Food is always tasty and fresh. Iced Capp made with chocolate milk instead of cream is to die for!

Love the customer service. The location is great if you are coming from Haggerty , but Tim Horton should put sign towards the shopping area also. It is impossible to know there is Tim Horton if you are coming from Kroger side.

Good coffee (Of course) hot chocolate, cookies, Timbits and doughnuts! The only downsides are that the staff can take a while and the bathroom is dirty. Also, they have great (Seasonal) iced pumpkin spice cappuccinos :)

The service here is horrible. I waited 10 minutes for my food after they gave parts of my order to the drive thru 3 times. Then got rude and indignant when I asked her what was the holdup on one sausage biscuit.

The coffee is always fresh and consistent, and the employees have great attitudes. Ive never had an issue, and love when I stop in for my morning coffee! Best Tim Hortons in the area!

Not everyone is horrible but someone in the morning (drive through) is horrible, they should change this employee. And they dont stir the coffee, the sugar doesnt taste.
