I really enjoy my biggby experience at the 5 mile and inkster location. However at this location in Wonderland the service was terrible. I was in line while the cashier stood and talked with his friends and when I finally placed my order I was told it would be ready at the other end of the counter. Well I walked over and waited. The cashier was still talking to his friends while I waited. I also noticed that there was a car waiting in the drive thru that had been there before me. I had no idea there was another employee working at the time because she was no where in to be found until the cashier called out for her. I believe she was out on a smoke break. Needless to say I had waited approximately 10 minutes (if not longer) for my 1 drink and I still had to wait for the drive thru customer to be served before my drink was even prepared. I should have just asked for my money back. I will not be returning to this location.

I went here with a friend who wanted dessert one afternoon. While I didnt order anything myself, my friend ordered a Hot Fudge Brownie coffee with a muffin; she enjoyed the meal while we both admired the atmosphere and colorful decor. Although I am not a coffee drinker, I feel willing to try one of their menu items if I ever come back here one day. This is a good place with friendly workers, and theres even a television, outlets to charge electronics (the one in the northeast corner of the restaurant didnt work), and some take-home gifts (i.e. greeting cards),

Most disgusting coffee I have ever had. I tried the Mint flavored, had to dump it out, I tried the Michigan Cherry, it was like colored water, dumped it out, the Hazelnut not any better, then finally the unflavored regular and its the coffee! WONDERED if your store uses Flint, MI water. Been a coffee drinker for 25 years and yours is the nastiest coffee I ever had. Total waste of overpriced coffee, next time Ill go get it at a gas station for a dollar and it will be far superior to yours.

The Drive thru was horrible!! The staff must be fired or the business will never be successful and will close down soon! Ive been there twice, my first time, they gave me the wrong drink size! and the second time, it took them 20 mins to prepare my drink even though, there was no one at the Drive thru! Instead of apologizing, they have bad attitude. Dont get me wrong, I love Biggby coffee but I would never go back to this location EVER AGAIN! The other locations are WAY AND MUCH Better!

I love this Biggby! It is my go to coffee spot! I dont know why people are so sour about the service?! Yes, it can be slow in the drive thru if you go at peak times like around 9:00 am everyone is fiending for their morning coffee so the drive thru can get backed up. If youre just ordering coffee go inside because it is self serve and you will save time. I love the baristas here. Honestly they are all so friendly and always put a smile on my face! :)

Perhaps the initial service left something to be desired... Not the level of friendly that we expect in a Biggby establishment...but once I addressed the issue (apologizing if I had been too complicated and distracted during my order); Amber was shocked and apologized (and wrote me a "Christmas card" on the back of a receipt.) I appreciated the unorthodox customer service turnaround. The lattes I ordered were excellent. Thank you Eli!

Unlike some of the other reviewers, I have not had very negative experiences at this location. There are times when it gets very busy, but that wait is not the fault of the employees. Like any business, there are employees that make the experience worthwhile, and there are less than stellar employees. I go for the Mellow Hot Chocolate, and I frequent this location for its drive-through. Its quick, convenient, and delicious.

I had a horrible experience this morning! I waited over 10 min (I was car #2!!) for a tea and they didnt have my daughters hot chocolate ready and told me it would be a few more minutes. At this point, I couldnt wait another minute because of getting to school and work. The girls were clearly into their conversation and not customers or efficiency. I wont be back again during the morning shift.

I go to biggby almost every morning, and after moving by this biggby in particular I may be changing my habits. Literally the worst customer service and biggest display of incompetence I have ever witnessed. This place is slowly ruining biggbys image one customer at a time.. What a disgrace! Make sure you have 30-45 minutes set aside to get a poorly made coffee from this dump.

THIS PLACE IS VERY VERY SLOW! If you are in a rush please do not go there!!. They have no realization how slow they are. Kids work there which is fine but no one is managing them to be fast yet sufficient/efficient to run a business... this place would be amazing if bigby had the right marketing tools. They do not have good marketing or fast service anywhere!

I adore this Biggby. Unlike (apparently) a lot of other people, Ive never had an issue with slow service, unless Im stopping in during a rush. Ive never had a drink or food order be messed up, either. The workers are very friendly, and the store is kept very clean. Sometimes the door is WEIRDLY hard to open but the last time I went in it opened fine!

Very rude. Went through drive through and they told me to come in because my order was too big. All I ordered was three Brangles one caramel marvel and two packs of donut holes. And there was no cars behind me! It was like a blizzard out and I have a bad knee. I go inside and theres fruit flies everywhere. And the lady was very rude

This would be my 4th time going to this location and they messed up my drink order yet again. I went in the third time they messed it up and they did take care of me. But I should not have to keep correcting them. Will not go to this location ever again! 5 mile and inkster is WAY better. Will drive the extra miles.

Great coffee and breakfast items but they dont always open at 6am when they say they do. Im just leaving their middlebelt location at 6:36 am and theres one there. This is the 3rd time this month. Please change your hours online if its incorrect or staff that comes in on time.

9:06 drive thru lights on, open sign on, workers inside and no response at the drive thru. Why have hours in your website that show 9:30 closing???!!! Not happy I dont even care for this coffee franchise we only ran out for my daughter.

I come here every morning and no joke..... The drive through wait is 10 mins. I hate it. If I had another one conveniently located on the way to work, Id never stop here again. Ridiculous.
