Although the staff is polite and professional, they are very disorganized. Today, there are 9 employees scuttling around with only 1 cashier open and only 2 tables in use in the dining area.. This confusion led to a long line in the lobby and delays in the drive thru. Several potential customers left the line due to the delay. You could watch them travel next door to Dunkin Donuts. Signage and flow path is poor. Expect delays.

Theyre always out of everything and something is always broken. And their Mac and cheese is always brown. Dont waste your time at this location. Go to the one on Monroe Street. Theyre awesome!

Hate that nothing is fresh . Its all frozen and premade.. the smoothie and frozen lemonade is the same thing. Bacon is cooked in the microwave. The chicken is boiled in hot water.

Whoever made the food on January 10th around 3pm did a terrible job and forgot to put steak in my wrap, cheese in the turkey sandwich and hardly any cream cheese on the bagel.
