Like others I REALLY wanted to like this place because they have some toppings that other places in Niles dont offer. But after ordering 4 times from them with very bad results, Im DONE! There was something wrong with every order. No dressing with salads, wrong toppings on pizzas, bread sticks instead of the round cheese bread, etc. Delivery takes well over an hour (closer to 2 hours), NONE of the specials on the Cottage inn website or emails seem to work in Niles, and their delivery drivers are both stupid AND rude. I couldnt believe the absolutely SMASHED pizza boxes from the last (and final) order from them. We had to eat the pizza by scraping what we could off the box lid. One of their drivers told me that my house was too hard to find. The last one stood at the door for I dont know how long before I walked past and saw him. I said "why didnt you ring the doorbell" and he said "I like to just knock on the door..." WHAT???? Niles has NO shortage of pizza places. I was hopeful about Cottage Inn because it seems like no pizza place in Niles has a good combination of salads, pizza, and dessert type stuff, and it appeared that Cottage Inn might actually have it all. But it was too good to be true. DO yourself a favor and stick with the old, established local places like Milanos, Massimos, or Pizza Transit.

Wanted to really like this place but tried three times and each time there was a screw up. Tried them their opening weekend, placed a pick up order for pizza and lasagna. Showed up 25 minutes later only to find they had given the lasagna to someone else. So I had to wait another 20 minutes. They said they were giving me $20.00 credit. I waited a month and then when I went to use it they said it had expired. Never said anything about expiring when they gave it to me. To try to make that right, they gave me 20% off my order that night and I was fine with that. Tried them last night, ordered just a thin crust pizza and killed 25 minutes until my pickup time. Showed up, paid for my pizza and after 10 minutes I asked where was my food. I was told the ticket didnt print in the kitchen but they would have it ready in 20 minutes..Thanks but no thanks, went home and made a frozen pizza...Hopefully the owners hire a manager soon because it seems they have no idea what theyre doing....

Placed an order at 6 for 8 wings and a small salad, about 50 minutes later they called to tell me they were out of the wings I ordered. When we asked about the wait time they gave an excuse about the Internet and online orders were delayed but when asked when they got the order it was the same time I placed it. We were huge fans of the cottage inn in Kalamazoo. Unfortunately- this was bad business and we will not be ordering from this place again.

I ordered a small calzone. It was huge! Great portion for price! Except I didnt know how much it costed until I asked... They have no prices on their large menu on the wall.. And I feel like thats a given for a restaurant. However, the calzone was delicious and I even have leftovers which I cant wait to eat tonight. I also loved how I could see them make the pizzas behind the counter and how I could see them go in the oven. Thats fresh.

Ive had Cottage Inn multiple times at work, but I finally took my husband. He is hooked! This is high praise coming from a former "Pizza Dude". They do need to clean up a bit behind the counter. A lot of people, a lot of standing around, goofing off for such a long wait for 2 personal size pizzas. Dress & grooming is slack & sloppy for a place that prepares food.

Had a deep dish pizza with Italian sausage, mushrooms and green peppers It was excellent and it was ready when promised. I had Cottage Inn Pizza in Ann Arbor many years ago and tonights pizza ranked favorable with that experience. Welcome to Niles.

Best pizza in Niles hands down. Since getting told about Cottage Inn, I have ordered all of my favorites from them. Pizza, cheesebread, wings, subs... literally everything I have had has far surpassed its competition.

Everything on the order was right, on time and delicious. Pulled pork is top notch, pizzas were good and boneless wings are naked with sauce on the side which I actually prefer.

Had pizza there a few times. Very good pizza ! I learned leave the subs to Jimmy Johns. I had the pulled pork sub today and its the worst I ever had. Only pizza from now on.

Love this cottage Inn! Delivery is always on time and the food is always hot when it arrives. Pizza is great too, never skimp on toppings. Very happy every time.
