This place has kids making minimum wage because theyre rich parents require them to get a job. Congratulations, youve encountered a fast food restaurant. If this place didnt meet the standards of your usual fast food restaurant, I suggest you go there. HINT for the newbies to fast food: The employees dont care about your day at the office, make your order, get your food, and move on with your life. Otherwise, go spend $12 per burger at some other place that will pretend to care. If you like food thats cheap and takes less than 10 minutes to make, I suggest Burger King, or any other multi-million dollar fast food chain.

When I pulled up tonight, the young guy working drive through thought it would be funny to refer to the restaurant as McDonalds, and obnoxiously continued listing off $1 options from Mickey Ds instead of taking my order. After I realized he was trolling me, I left, and went to McDonalds instead. Obviously fast food isnt high quality, but your employees are so obnoxious, it is them I cant stomach.

Service was great until i got my food burger was good soda just right fries well i asked were they giving out blood pressure pills with them because the were extra and i do mean extra salty will never get food from there unless i want hypertension at an early age

3/26/2010 stories came out that an employee posted on his facebook that he and others who work here spit in peoples food for "sh*ts and giggles". He later "claimed" it was a joke, which is complete bs. Do not go to this BK. Go up to 14 mile road.

This place told me they didnt have any more bk topper burgers because they were 4 a limited time. This was last week, which every other BK in the area does. Im sure they are just lazy. I hope BK checks these.

This is the closest BK to my house. It is THE worse in the area. I drive further to any other BK to avoid it. Always has employees unsupervised kids running around too. In the ghetto...

Order accuracy was good on the order taking and charges, I often get an item missed in packing though. Staff doesnt make this burdensome though. Always check your bag before you leave.

Had the rudest drive through experience ever at this location. Then went to the location on 14 mile and got old fries & my burgers were incorrect. Will stay away from now on.
