Dined here once, bad service. Slow and the waitress was inattentive. No drink refills, and when we wanted to pay the check she was nowhere to be found. Decided to give it another chance today, walked in with a group of four. The sign said seat yourself so we did. No acknowledgment from staff even after waiting and looking at the menu for 10 minutes. The restaurant was not busy, and there were 5 waitresses standing behind the register talking and looking over at us but not making any effort to even take a drink order. A waitress came over and wiped down the table next to us with again no acknowledgment so we eventually walked out. You got a second shot and you bombed again. Never getting our business again.

This is the worst national Coney Island restaurant I have ever ate at the waitress that serve me was rude her demeanor was awful my coffee was cold the dishes was spotty she gave me a scramble eggs with shredded cheese the not heed it who cooks scrambled eggs with cheese not heated and cooked in the eighth the bacon had hair on it the most God awful restaurant I have ever been to ever been to would not recommend this restaurant for anyone if I can give it a -10 I would -10 they dont even deserve all I want star horrible horrible horrible restaurant horrible staff Rude horrible

Have been going to National for over 20 years, but after last weeks visit that was the last time! National has started using a much cheaper and lower quality type chicken on their Hanis. The chicken was so thin and almost tasteless. When a company tries to boost profits by using cheaper, lower grade products, they fail to realize that they will lose way more in potential profits by losing customers due to using these substandard ingredients.

We stopped in for a quick bite and were pleasantly surprised at how fast our food came. Our waitress, Summer, was very sweet and accommodating. She kept our coffee filled and always smiled. Our farmers omelettes were delicious and they didnt skimp on the filling. Thank you. We will be back!

I live in Colorado now, but this is home for me. My buddy and I stopped in for a perfect hungover breakfast - Large Hani and Chili Cheese Fries with a Coke. Brings back so many memories. Food was awesome. Fast as always. Staff was friendly. Thanks for the memories!!

An average national coney island. I will say that when I ordered an order of cheese fries it was much smaller than normal. Im sure it was just an oversight as it was on Black Friday and they were very busy.

The food was good, the waitress was a bit rude, as I was putting food in my mouth she stuck her arm across my face to remove my daughters plate. That could have waited or she couldve said pardon my reach.
