I made an order online and received a confirmation email. When we went to pick up the order they had no record of it and instead of apologizing and making a new order the woman at the counter argued and said I ordered from the wrong place even though I had a conformation email with the address and phone number on the bottom. Horrible customer service!!

Was great with previous owners. Since when is broccoli, carrots and zucchini "chinese food? Used to get bean sprouts in the egg rolls. Now, cabbage filled and your can squeeze the oIL oit of them. Thick, salty sauces. Generous portions and reasonable prices but Id pay more for better quality. Guy kow was too salty to eat .

I went there for a lunch because i have a 2 day training around. I am not familiar with the area. so i looked at google review. It shows pretty good of Pan Pan. in reality after i tried, I think its below Good. Maybe as a Chinese, my taste is too picky. but definitely not so many Excellent....

Prices are reasonable and the food always seems to contain fresh ingredients. Owned by a nice family with cute kids that are always running about the place. There are a few tables and chairs inside if you feel like eating in, though the decor is nothing special. Open late as well.

Pan Pan was recommended to us. The food was great. They use fresh ingredients. We ate in the small dining area, but noticed that most folks got their food to go. The service was really good as well. There is free jasmine tea, which was tasty. We will definitely be going back.

Been here once and ordered a Sesame Chicken Lunch Special. Ive had better. It wasnt terrible, but not good either. Usually, I wont rate places that Ive only been to once, but I dont plan on going back.

Delicious dumplings, great almond chicken, but the highlight is the wonton and egg drop soup mixture. I swear it can cure exotic diseases. It is delicious and it makes you feel better magically.

Excellent food and a great value. Best Hot and Sour soup I have had (not spicy). Cashew Chicken and Walnut Chicken are our favorites. Large portions. For Chinese carry out, this is the place!

Good for a quick bite of Chinese food but if you want the real deal go to a real Chinese restaurant and have a sit-down dinner not the carry out which is not even close to good carry out.
