If I could give this place a lower rating I would. This was the WORST service I have EVER had. The reservations was for 10 people. The waiter was awful, he didn’t show up at our table for fifteen minutes and then when he did finally take our order it took at least another twenty minutes to get our drinks and we hadn’t even ordered food yet. The place was not that busy that it should have taken this long. Later on when we are trying to order more drinks our waiter is nowhere to be found. One girl ordered a beer and it took thirty minutes to get it. When it was time to pay our checks he did not bring everyone their checks, but left so quickly we could not tell him. I had to get a waitress to take care of it because we needed to go. We finally get him and he said all of our bills are closed out and we are good to go, we insist that they aren’t THREE times, and he insures us they are so we leave. The manager calls a few minutes later saying we ditched a large tab and we need to come pay it. They need to get it together it is absolutely ridiculous that we had to go back there to pay a tab that was apparently closed in the first place. The manager was so rude I could not believe it, insisting that his waiter gave us the bill and he did not. And on top of everything else the manager said he was comping part of our bill because of the trouble which was the only nice thing the man said or did but I checked my credit card bill and it was for the full amount! Going there was the biggest mistake. I will be going over the managers head to talk to someone about this awful place and staff.

My wife and I went to Bar Louie located at The Greene in Beavercreek, OH. We went to celebrate a friends birthday and it was the worst dining experience of our life! We thought that we were told by the hostess that the large table in front of the bar was open bar seating. The waitress stated we should be seated by the hostess, but we could go ahead and sit down and she would serve us. The hostess runs over there and says we need to get up out of our seats...all 12 of us. We explained to her that the waitress stated she would serve us and she stormed off...when she came back, she stated that we were never told we could sit there and made all of us get up. She basically was calling us all liars. This was my first time at the restaurant, but the other 10 members of the party frequent the bar on a weekly basis. We eventually were seated in a different section, but we all agreed we would never dine there again. I just thought I would make you aware of this...Please take my advise and never dine at Bar Louie at Greene.

Not sure if it was a bad night or not. Have been in the past just for late night drinks. This time I went for dinner due to veterans day promotion. Arrived around 5 on a Tue and and it was about half full. Seemed to only be a couple of servers working but we got our food order done in a timely fashion. But as the time wore on it got much busier. Had to eventually ask for a refill on drinks. The servers were completely overwhelmed by the crowd that eventually showed up. When we left around 7 you could barely get out the door from the crowd waiting. Not sure if they were excepting this or not but it did slow down service dramatically. The food however was good. I would go back for dinner if I knew the service would be better. The menu did look good.

Sat at the bar tonight. Was ignored for quote some time with no apology. Food took over an hour, and was cold by the time it came out. Didnt even eat it, and didnt finish my drink due to having to fish a gnat out of it. (there were dozens of gnats flying around us the entire time, by the way.) Also, walking in is very confusing. Should have a sign saying to seat yourself as I observed multiple people come in and awkwardly stand at the door waiting to be acknowledged. I should note that they werent even half full. No manager presence whatsoever, and bartenders were not friendly at all. Would not return.

Took my family into the bar on a Saturday for lunch and they were very rude toward us. We were the only people in the bar and nbc still had cartoons playing, so my 4 year old and I watched some cartoons. The Manager told us that they arent allowed to show anything but news and sports so he shut off nbc. I can understand if other people were in there, but they have 20+ televisions. Then we went back to our table and waited on our food for 1 hour. More people entered the bar and they received their food before us. Terrible hospitality, bad service and down right disrespectful. Lost my business for sure.

Called to make reservations and was given a cell phone number, why cant the restaurant take their own reservations instead of referring you to a cell phone that sounded like a kid chewing gum - most unprofessional. By the way, I found out they dont take reservations for certain nights but the night I wanted - then found out they arent taking reservations on the night I wanted. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing! I spent over 15 min. holding on the phone to find out what I could have been told in 10 seconds. Bar Louie - get your act together!

This Bar Louie is bound to be out of business within the year. Went with a group of 8 and it took over an hour for some of us to get burgers*, and beers were another hour. Beer was flat, so we asked for a new one and still the beer was flat after being told theyd switch the tap. Been here many times with terrible service and slow food turnout. Drinks are not cheap either....plenty of other places to go at the Greene. Will not be going back.

The food was what I expected but the service here is not that great. Its obvious that the people who work here are tired and sick and dont really care about what theyre doing. Its overpriced and not affordable. The 35 cent wing night on monday isnt bad but the wings hardly had any sauce on them and looked like they were just "thrown on there". I dont like eating there very much and only go on Wednesdays because its cheaper.

I came here around 5 pm to have a drink and kill time before a movie. They had great specials on draft bears and apps. Food came within 10 min at most after order, and was great. Bartender Jesus was very professional and attentive. I dont understand where so many negative reviews come from? Perhaps things change when it gets really busy but I had great experience and definitely come back here again.

Theres such a wide offering of cocktails, wine, beer and food. So many great specials throughout the week. Staff is super friendly. It goes from a nice chill place to have food and/or drinks during the day/early evening to a hopping spot for some nightlife. The patio is absolutely amazing during the months weather permits with an outside bar. Awesome casual date place or for get togethers!
