Been a few times always fast friendly service with a smile. Spotless clean decade old Authentic Mexican Taqueria. Many super crafted meals. We love the Steak Fajitas, Chicken Mole, Burrito, Quesadilla n Tacos. Find coupons n deals on many sites for this place.A Wonderful Authentic Mexican meal spot Outstanding lunch had very best unique Stuffed Pepper ever. Chile En Nogada #senorlopeztaqueria stuffed Poblano Pepper with Beef, Fruit, and Nuts covered with Pecan La Crema Sauce n Pomegranate Seeds Very good a must-have. Also Steak Fajitas comes with Rice n Beans or a Salad, Enchiladas n Chimi lunch. Finished with a Tres Leche Cake WOWED. We really Love this place been there for 11 years, like them on Facebook for many Specials posted weekly

Name another spot in town that greets you with cocinita pibil. Day in, day out pibil is served as soon as you are seated. Great specials all the time and one of the best lunches around. You can feel the pride in both the service and the food. Very lucky to have this near. Ask for the salsa hildago while here, smokey arbol chillies with a nice burn. Pibil is solid, so are any of the tacos. Ive yet to be let down with any orders here. If they ever offer pibil tortas with pickled onion I will never go to another joint.

Racist. My father and I went last night was told we could not be seated because they were closing in an hour. However, they seated and served a non black family after us and while we in front of the restaurant eating in the car we watched them seat and serve another non black couple. This was my first and last visit.

Ordered take-out, and it was ready in about 10 minutes. They even gave us sample tacos (which were very good) while we were waiting. The prices are low - almost everything on the lunch menu is $5 and below. The food is good. Portions are good and not huge.

Steak fajita was super good came with grilled onions, red, yellow and green peppers. I also had a chicken taco salad this was a solid B came with grilled chicken, beans, avocado, and lettuce. Service was fast restaurant was clean and area seemed safe.

This is my go to restaurant in Detroit. The food is affordable & absolutely delicious. The service is well above that of any place Ive dined at. The owner is friendly, the staff is courteous. I go here at least once weekly.
