Pros: Very good food. Cons: Very poor service. Several times I walked in to get something quick when there were almost no customers. I wait at the cash register to pay and employees walk by you, talk to each other and I wait for someone to ring me up. Its like they dont understand that their business needs to get money into the cash register in order to stay in business. Poor customer service!

Im staying at the Renaissance Center for a business conference, and my colleague and I had breakfast here. It was excellent. They have so many options to dress your sandwich. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely eat here again.

The line moves fast and there is plenty of seating in the back with a great view of Canada across the water. Sandwiches are simple and excellent. Bathroom is one at a time which can cause a wait.

I love potbelly. Especially a tuna sandwhich with their hot peppers...mmmmm. But I especially love this location, because during the summer you can sit out by the river in the sunshine!

Probably the best sub sandwiches in Detroit. The view is great, everyone is friendly, and I even during the lunch rush it never takes more than 7 mins to get a sandwich.

Hands down, the best spot to grab a quick bite at the Ren Cen. Friendly staff, quick lines, and great portions. Dine in the back for a view of the riverfront.
