Nice hipster coffee place, nice spot to hangout, rustic decor. Friendly service. Free wifi. Amazing coffee! What else do one want from a coffee place. So I got their regular latte which was little to the darker side but perfect for me. My friend got the mocha and she felt the same, little stronger so she had to add more sugar.. but I love it that way. They do have some selection of snacks. Muffins, coffee cakes and stuff. They have almond milk, white and brown sugar. They have pour over coffee. They do not have flavors for the coffee. Like hazelnut and stuff. The ambience is nice, nice sketches on the wall. The parking gets little little tricky. But I will go back do taste their other coffee selection when I am in the area.

A friend took me as she goes there often along with nearby Slows Bar-B-Q. She had been raving about the food, hand poured coffees and the decor. It felt like it should be near a University but there was no lack of patrons coming there. They serve breakfast and lunch and make everything from scratch - nothing disappointed! I like to people watch so we first sat at the little breakfast bar facing the street and split a sandwich, shared two desserts (hard to choose from so many great ones - I had hot chocolate and she had tea. Then we moved to a table in a corner and watched the patrons - all seemed to be regulars. . .

Favorite coffee spot hands-down. I love walking in to see new art on the walls. I love walking in to new coffee from around the globe. I love the music and I love the food they make fresh, whether it be sweet or savory all of their food is simply delicious. Coffee- Favorite would have to be George Howells Santa Clara. Food- Eggs sandwich is delicious Anzac cookie- awesome Pecan sandie- perfect.

With the boom of craft coffee businesses, this place serves as a reminder of what a coffee house should be. Great atmosphere, laid back, unpretentious and inviting. Their food is great for a quick lunch break, but where this place shines is their impressive coffee selection, emphasis on quality and process. Do yourself a favor and check this place out

There are not many coffee shops around here... However... they are VERY over priced for a one size ( which is wayyyyy to small) plain coffee comparable to dunking donuts... BEWARE OF PARKING... HEAVY TICKETING ZONE!!!!!!!!! BE READY TO ADD $35 TO YOUR OVER PRICED COFFEE.... Long wait and expensive...

This place always good and consistent!!! Everything Ive ever gotten from here was fresh and delicious!!! From pastries to salads and sandwiches, #Yum I got the hot chocolate and a slice of Coco bread that was amazing!!! They are kind of slow, so if youre in a rush you might want to skip.

The Flat White is a must-try! There are a handful of excellent coffee shops in and around the city, but this one stands out for its unique offerings in coffee and baked goods. Plus, there was a ghost flipping the bird drawn on the chalkboard. You cant get that anywhere else.

An amazing coffee shop in Corktown, it has a very urban vibe. The coffee is fantastic and they offer a large selection of baked goods made by Zingermans. The shop is a bit small so it may be hard finding a seat during their busy hours, they do have outdoor seating.

Just not my scene maybe. Its often loud with very pretentious types of folks inhabiting it. Its Apple, Im PC, might be a way to describe it. When it comes to service and coffee its excellent, but a little overpriced. Its a gentrifying area though.

Coffee was good but service was unprofessional - please - DONT rub your eyes/face, scratch your skin, play with your facial hair or fix your cuticles and then touch the rim of the cup I will be drinking from while making coffee and serving food.

I travel all over us for work and stop at a lot of great coffee shops. This one is one of my favorite. Top three. Coffee is fantastic! Really good selection of coffee from some of my favorite roasters. Worth going out of your way.

Very nice decor. Varied menu. All steaks were great. Short ribs were described to be the best ever. Duck entree was dry and not up to expectations. Electronic drink menu was too slow and cumbersome. Prefer a standard written menu.

Best pour over Ive ever had from a coffee shop. One of the best espressos Ive ever had. Great place to get fresh coffee. I picked up 2 bags one roasted in Boston and one roasted in Portland and they were both only days old.

A cute little place with a sort of classy-hipsyet feel. I would go for the wall art alone - its beautiful. They are a coffee place but still have a couple tasteful tea options for the non-coffee-drinking population.

Cute place! Coffee was good! However, no wifi and I like to pair my coffee with productivity. That is there was no wifi when I visited.. Id call beforehand to check if you plan on going to do homework/work.

This latte gave me life... it was perfectly creamy, aromatic, and insanely delicious! Will definitely head back for the egg sandwich and other baked goods that looked exceptionally delicious.

Easily the best coffee in the Detroit area- and there are now some really good places. Small establishment, but worth being squished for quality beverages. The flat white is fantastic!

Cool coffee shop, but parking can get a little tricky and seating is limited. I wouldt recommend this place for a meeting, which is usually my primary reason for going to coffee shops.

Really great coffee and the artwork in there was exceptional! Only downfall was the small space and the amount of people in line to get a brew. Little packed.

Wish I would have known this coffee shop doesnt offer wifi before I drove 35 minutes and paid for city parking to be here. Coffee is okay.

Possibly the best coffee in Detroit. Great single origin choices lovingly prepared by cool people. The Anzac cookies are perfect.

The coffee is good and made one cup at a time. This process is pretty slow though so if theres a big group, be prepared to wait.

Typical trendy coffee spot. The coffee is good, and the pastries are fresh. Overall well done replication of a standard form.
