It is a very family oriented restaurant. During my birthday and my boyfriends they wished us happy birthday with song and gave us a free slice of cake with candles, they really do service with a smile and the falafel is to die for.Their sunday buffet for $10 a person is wonderful, theres so much out on the bar even things not on their menu along with desserts. This is a place that believes in good food, cheaper than Byblos and La Pita, best bang for your buck in midtown. A nice treasure down the street from Wayne State University. I go during lunch and theyre always packed too, they just bring in the business with a smile.

The atmosphere is extremely laid back and casual. The restaurant is outdated and unkempt to say the least. I ordered the falafel pita and the Harmonie blend fresh juice. I opened the pita and the lettuce was wilted and brown. The falafel was mushy, crumbly, and did not taste freshly cooked. Overall the sandwich had a bad taste and did not taste freshly prepared. The customer service was sub par and the gentleman who rang me up also made the fresh juice and did not change his gloves after handling money. This place is a health hazard. Definitely would not recommend.

This is a super casual restaurant where you order at the counter and pay at the register. The atmosphere is vintage with some funny signs and cultural emblems adorning the walls. The menu is interesting because they have lots of middle eastern fusion items. We ordered the falafil stir fry and the kafta, but neither tasted that good. Returned again weeks later and had a similar experience. Bottom line: traditional menu is good, but stay away from the fusion dishes.

Ive been here a few times.. falafel is good... Im writing just an average review because last two times Ive tried to offer from from here theyve disappointed me. Once I called to order pickup at 840 and they close at 9. Told me on phone theyre closed. To me thats bs honor your published hours. Tonight I called again to order and theyre out of zataar pie. My guess is theyre simply lazy and not making an outlier item. Once again honor your menu or dont advertise it

It used to be good but not anymore. The food is terrible. Its either burnt or under-cooked. The service is also terrible. Two students who do not know what they are doing. They mostly dont have what you order and you have to order something else. There was a guy that was the cashier there 9 months ago who asked for the tip!!!

The food was bad enough, and the service was even worse. Me and my friend live near campus and ordered two chicken tawook to go. So we came after 10 mins and picked it up. The food was so bad we could not eat anything after 2 bites. When we took it to show them but they said you had two bites. Worst food wont go ever

Not the most modern place, not the best service, but the food is the best. An old bar converted into a Lebanese restaurant. The service could be better and the place could be updated a bit but 5 stars just because of how much I enjoy going here.

Food was good but the service was rude. I got a cup of coffee and had to wait 10 minutes for a refill. When the staff came to the table he stated "if you want some more coffee next time go to Tim Hortons." So I guess thats what Ill do...

They forgot to put my zataar pie combo in bag went back to get and got into an argument with manager. He was complaining about the person who forgot the food and did not believe us. I will not be back after this experience.

I Love Harmonie Garden! Ive tried several menu items and was not disappointed with any. Their "special falafel ideas" are definitely worth a try and the staff is always kind.

Best Lebanese in midtown. The chicken sultan is to die for. They have a minimal staff, so expect a bit if a wait if youre dining in. For takeout, awesome ^_^
