My husband and I have always ordered and picked up our food from this restaurant and its always fresh, hot ,delicious!!!! We often wondered why the dining area was always EMPTY when we would go. We decided to dine in on 9-24-2016. WOW!!!!! Big, Big, mistake!!!!!!!! The service on this night was LOUSY!!!!!!!!!! She was rude, her clothes had food and debri on them, we were rushed to order and eat. Surprisingly, the food was good but the whole dining experience was horrible!!!! We normally leave large tips ( we used to be in the service industry). It bothered me so bad....I just left one dollar. We will never, ever dine in again !!!! Just order and pick up. Until the quality of food changes!!!!

I have been going here since I was little. The food is amazing, I recomend General Tso Chicken and fried rice, the owners are extremely kind, and their kids have a good sense of humour, (I remember when I was nine or so, one of them were trying teach me how to use chop sticks, he said You use them like this, or you can just stab them through the food!) Its a very family friendly place, with home made food, and wonderful food. I highly recomend it if youre looking for a cozy place with amazing food.

Great Breakfast amazing service. Do not miss on it. We went to Ruby Slipper and was so touristic and the wait time was 45 min. This place is literally around the corner. We had the croissant with salami . The cappuccino was served with amaretti whip cream made un house. We had the meat balls as a side plate and the peach with ice cream were great. We stayed at the bar and Shannon served us she was also interested in yoga as we are. Great place to rat do not miss it.

The best chinese food around! The owner is so friendly and adorable! The almond chicken is the most amazing dish ever. They use a yellow sauce, not a nasty brown one, and I cannot get enough of it! Seruously, go there and eat right now, you will not regret it. Get the egg rolls, not the spring rolls. Spring rolls are a bit greasy. Egg rolls are delicious. Also the best egg drop soup ever.

Red Ruby is a restaurant I have frequented for years. The customer service is beyond excellent - the owners treat you like family...The food is good; particularly, if you have doctors orders for low-sodium. I did not score 5 because the food has no seasonings... but good after you add your own. I enjoy the ambience of Red Ruby...This is an old-fashioned, you-are-family,Chinese Restaurant. Enjoy!

The service is incredible, the owner is constantly making sure everyone is happy. The person who answered the phone was very nice! The food was ok, not great. I got carry out. I ordered general tsos and magnolian beef. The general chicken wasnt the best, the magnolian beef I never ate because when I got home I realized it was sweet and sour pork.

We enjoyed a family style dinner that was just wonderful! Although Ive never been a great fan of Tofu before, the staff knew how to prep and flavor it, and it was sumptuous. Serving sizes were plentiful, the atmosphere was modest but quiet (which we appreciate), and the service was most attentive. We recommend it highly!

Good food but nothing separates it from others. The dishes are the same so you dont f ell like youre getting something special. The dishes they do make are good though and is a nice option if youre looking for Chinese. The staff is great and friendly. You can have one off conversations about anything.

I just went there and it was absolutely amazing! The restaurant is very quiet and cozy. Extremely friendly family owns the place and the food was great! It tasted like real Chinese food instead of your local China One type Chinese food. Cant wait to return there soon.

This is the worst chinese ive ever tasted. On my second visit, I just ordered shrimp fried rice thinking "how can I go wrong?" Well they ruined the rice too. Mini shrimp with more veins than meat. I never returned.
