Only thing I do not like about this business is the hash browns. Everytime Ive ordered breakfast there the hash browns are like a wet soggy potato crisped on top. But I love the employees, and I frequently order the chicken strip pita which is delicious. Only one time it had the taste of burnt charcoal or something smokey. I had to say something when asked by management if everything was ok. I usually dont complain but in this instance I was very happy I did. The manager or owner have delivered me a new fresh chicken strip pita that he claimed he has personally made, and it was the best chicken strip pita I have ever been served. If they fix their hash browns I would give this establishment 5 stars. I just love breakfast so much, and I will not order breakfast here anymore for fear of the pile hash browns I can pickup entirely with one scoop of my fork/spoon. Other than that one flaw have had nothing but good experiences from this establishment.

Visited this place about a few days ago, I dont live too far from this bar. I wanted to go to a Coney place on Grand River and Beech Daly, they were closed, Sarah-from the other Coney place, recommended this place. We got there, and ordered just 2 coney dogs. The staff load looked light. About 2 more families arrived shortly after us. Another couple behind us as well arrived after us too. They ordered entrees with flaming presentations (screaming Opa!), yet it was interesting the amount of time it took to prepare 2 coney dogs. Im not one to post negative, just my experience. We waited over 30 minutes for 2 coney dogs-1 with onions and the other without. The waitress could see that we were not satisfied, but nothing to remedy the situation. First impression left a lasting impression.

Tried to continue eating here regularly because the food is good but the service & management is absolutely horrible. Everytime I ate there I always had to wait for over 10 minutes to be served without even being greeted. The servers that waited on me were all rude & unwelcoming. The food always came to me cold like it was sitting under the warmer. This last time I just walked out after waiting over 45 minutes and my food still never came out. It was only excuses from management. Worst of all management seemed very insincere of the apology & acted like he didnt even care for my business. Right down the street is a much better place the golden grill is where Ill go from now on.

Be careful, check your bank statement.... First time Ive ever eaten here and wont be back! I ordered a greek gyro w fries and coleslaw and chicken fingers w mashed potatoes and gravy... What i received was a chicken gyro, fries, no coleslaw.. Chicken fingers were too gross to eat and instant mashed potatoes, highly disappointed. Gets even better when i check my bank statement and see that your staff must have added their own tip amount to the bill. I called and the owner seems to think its no big deal, just drive back up there and hell fix it. No thanks! Dont plan on giving you my card numbers for a second issue... Shady MF!!!

The food is phenomenal, Friendlys staff quick to accommodate, good service. (Family-owned) so they seem to take pride in their restaurant. I personally dont drink but there is plenty for those who do adult beverages. Pricing is normal to a little bit above normal, but you get a large quantity for what you pay for. The only reason I did not do a 4-star its because some of them please especially the ones that take orders and my personal experience did not really understand English well ( he just continue to repeat what he thought I was saying) that made it difficult to do it take out order.

Ever since this place has become a "bar", the patrons it attracts are some of the worse "local" drunks I have ever dealt with. Not only have they leaned against my car TWICE on two occasions while parked in the carry out area (since they must smoke outside). But they talk nasty and give you crap for interrupting them. The food has gone completely downhill, the chicken is all fatty and tastes like rubber, and on one occasion some drunks walking in (40+ yr olds) played grab a$$ with some 16 yr olds. Service is horrible here. Everyone treats you like crap. Not worth visiting at all!

Like "c baby" said, this place is great to go at 3 AM (its ALWAYS open; I feel like it was even open on Thanksgiving or Christmas?). They have amazing "late night" specials (like their $3 breakfast that is loaded, or their buffalo tenders). Menus varied, service is hit or miss, clientele is similarly hit or miss (but nowhere near as bad as Sandys across the street), and yes, Ill admit it--I dont think I trust the soup bar. Nevertheless, you cant knock it when everything else is closed, and Ive had some pretty amazing waitresses here. Something you cant dispute? THEIR DESSERTS!

We live just around the corner and frequent this restaurant often. The New York strip steak on the senior menu is A-1, and the price just cannot be beaten. The salmon salad is another excellent choice! As well as the corned beef, potato and boiled cabbage dinner-- yum! Yum! We also love the green beans :) They do a very brisk business, which attests to their food quality, management style and very friendly and fast waitresses! We feel blessed indeed to have a restaurant of this caliber within walking distance of our home! Thanks so much for the great service & great food!!

Just moved to Downtown Redford area, so why not try the bar & grill on the corner in Downtown. The greeter and owner are very welcoming and seat you promptly. The seating area is updated well kept along with the bathrooms. They are open late and have a full service bar. I have yet to have a bad plate yet there, and the menu is huge! You name it they have it. Fish & Chips is amazing. Broc & Cheddar soup is great. They even have daily specials. The servers are pleasant and on their job. A good solid overall restaurant. As consistent as it gets.

My family and I moved into Redford back in 2009 and every since then we have made Redford Grill our favorite restaurant to go to! I love the fact that youre greeted at the door like family! Each waitress is very nice and pleasant, they also make sure your request is met too. Oh, and the food is just wonderful I cant think of one time my food was bad or not how I order it! I always recommend this restaurant to others whether they stay in Redford or not!

I ordered takeout while in the Redford Grill. The fish was not light and fluffy as advertised, it was over cooked, with too much batter, not even able to eat the ends of the fish (hard as a rock). I was very disappointed with this order. I had the fish dinner once before, and that one was good. I guess its a hit or miss on the quality of a meal (at least the fish dinner) that youll be given. At least the French fries were very good
