Omg. Customer service doesnt mean anything to those people. I went in placed an order face to face. Waited the time allotted in drove 25 minutes back to my home only to find out my order was completely wrong. And I purchase food for four people. Instead of the staff listening they passed the phone from person to person and each person cried either they didnt take my order or let them give me to somebody else who can help. The idiot which is the female at the cash register who took my order needs and hearing aid for one. number two all she could say was she didnt know what to do and when I told her she can apologize for screwing up my order the idiot hung up on me. No wonder she has the job she has today. I called back and Im sure they know I was going to because everybody but the manager answered the phone and he said the same thing she said which is he doesnt know what to do. So I suggested he gets better customer service. Might I add the shrimp that I didnt order wasnt even clean it still had feces in it. The shrimp fried rice that I ordered was Burnt. I will never eat there again I will tell everyone in the whole wide world that I know never to eat there again and I hope the health department investigate their restaurant. I had never paid so much money for such terrible service.

I ordered Shrimp Fried rice and my rice throughout the box was plain rice and my shrimps were very soft and mushy. I call and complained about my food to one of the young ladies thats employed at the restaurant. I was told the owner was not in at the time and shell call me back within 15 minutes. Well...I didnt receive a call so I call Rose Garden back and the owner Connie answered and was not pleasant at all. I tried to explain to Connie about my order and she told me "Ive already heard your story twice and proceeded to talk over me and told me that I was not going to get my money back and she had no other customers complaining about the rice. Connie not once apologized for my order being right and she was very, very rude. Connie also place the phone down while I was talking with her and proceeded to take a customers order. Ive been ordering food from this restaurant for over 10 years but I will never ever patronize this business again. Customer service sucks!!!

Im not one to leave a negative review but rose garden , I used to eat there all the time never again !there restaurant is filthy the owner Connie is rude , its pretty bad when youre waitress is complaing about her to you before she takes youre order ,connie speaks over you and she allows her cooks to drink on the job my wife and I caught the cooks drinking in the alley when we left and were shocked not to mention there are different workers in there everytime ! I will never step foot in that establishment again !

We first came upon the Rose Garden by pure accident over 4 years ago and have been a return customer ever since. They have great fresh tasting food for a really great price! It typically is slow inside, but their carry out service is always rockin. (Weve used both dine in and carry out). Thank goodness our new house is still close, as this is somewhere we have grown to love along with our kids as well. Great place!

Absolutley discusting! How does shrimp taste rotten and how are fortune cookie stale? Ive never eaten a fortune cookie that didnt crunch! When I called to complain I let the owner know that I didnt want a refund but you need to know and he didnt even care. OMG why are Chinese and Asian people so rude? I think the people that rated it 4 and 5 stars are used to eating dog food! Im sorry.

Went today for our anniversary and was so disappointed! The egg drop soup and egg rolls were good, but the dinner rolls were stale and main course of almond chicken was unappetizing! The coating on the chicken was burnt and the chicken itself was dry and chewy. The fried rice that came with it was bland and starchy tasting. Will not dine in again, but will take out soup and egg rolls .

im one of those people who are very picky. i only like almond chicken with white rice and gravy. now for years ive tried many places and their gravy is wayyy to sweet and doesnt even resemble gravy. i have found two thus far and rose gardens is now my third. i could do without the mushrooms but its not a big deal. if you like almond chicken and your like me, then try this place!

Above average sweet and sour chicken. With very attentive, friendly and prompt service from the waitress. Average prices for a Chinese restaurant. Come try the sweet and sour chicken, with the spicy mustard on the egg roll and some hot oolong tea. If there is still room left at the end of the meal, try the neapolitan ice cream.

I have eaten here 5 times over the past two months. Every time the food has been reasonably good. The service is fast compared to other restaurants in the area. The portions are above average and the price is decent. (~$10 for lunch) All in all, this is a consistently good place to eat.

they treat u like family. never had a bad meal dine in or carry out. portions same. have some of the best egg rolls in the business!! vegetable spring rolls my kids love!!! owner is there too mk sure her standards of food and service are upheld

Just had my umpteenth dinner here and it is excellent!! Rare to find a restaurant that holds up over the years. Some of the most consistent Chinese food around. Nice, polite and helpful servers too. And quick, really, really quick.

I been coming here for years they dont have the best wonton soup but the the other foods are pretty good and yes the waitresses can be rude at times but that dont bother me at all im still going back for the food because its good!

best almond chicken around and the cantonese chicken chow mien rules, love the egg rolls and szechuan beef dinner is more than you could finish in one sitting have been going there since the 80’s and have never been disappointed
