Went through drive thru tonight ordering a spicy chicken, a bacon cheese burger and fries. Both sandwiches were old and the fries were so oil filled and covered in a abundance of salt. Burger Pattys only hold for so long Chicken only holds for so long Fries only hold for so long you cant just keep redrooping them in oil. This all stems from improper shift management. As customers all you have to do is say pull forward were making it fresh. As a customer Idata be more than happy to wait and not kill your drive through time.

When I went there today 5/18/17 (and this isnt the first time) my order was overcharged when we clearly stated the deal from the menu I had to fix that to begin with we waited in the drive thru for at least 15-20 minutes. The sandwiches were barely on their bun and messed up again. The fries each were half filled. And the service was unwelcoming. I always tell myself give them a second chance but after 10 chances in the past couple months Is enough. this restaurant needs serious changes in management or crew.

I went here with my two year old daughter just before our movie (less than a quarter mile away). I was overly satisfied with our exoerience. The food was to be as expected. The service was fast and friendly. The play area, our sole reason for stopping at this location, was clean and presentable. My only letdown was the the size of the play area - one way up, one slide down - but no complaints considering it was included with our $4 kids meal. Im sure well stop in again before our next movie outing.

Horrible. Both sandwiches I ordered were wrong. Then when one of them were re made, it was thrown together, sloppy, watery, buns flat as can be and one side of the chicken was black and felt like rubber. Then.... the kid with long hair (no hair net) scoping the fries leaning over all the fries and talking to his friend in the back. Manager standing right there. Didnt offer anything or apologize for both sandwiches being wrong. Never eat here again.

Very slow service, literally took 12 minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich. The place was very slow at the time as well. The new play place is small but great for the kids and by it being new means so far its germ free.
