It was very clean and newly remodeled. But the wait staff were to be desired for, no one wanted us seated in their area for one. Then they tried to stick us all the way in the very back at a table. We had our small son with us, so we asked for a booth, which there were more than plenty empty booths, because it makes it easier to contain our boy. We got an attitude when we asked. Our food was cold, missing items that came with our combos. Then waitress came by once to see how we were and left the bill never came back again and we were not even close to being done eating. I was going to order dessert for all of us as well. But lost that sale. On our way out no one said by, thanks for coming to big boys, come again. They were all to busy talking rather loudly about their personal lifes and activities. Very poor customer service! My bill was 39.89, it would have been higher if I was able to older dessert. Even after all that, I left a five dollar tip. Just think of what I would have left if the service and food would have been better! Just a thought before you waste your money On a night out from cooking, cause if I wanted all that I could have stayed home.

I was pretty disappointed when I came to this big boy. I ordered a small carry out order only to find when I had gotten home that the buiscuts and gravy I had ordered my boyfriend had little to nothing on them, and were extremely stale. It was quite bothersome that the waitress had not asked me for my name and did not address me properly. When my order was ready she said "hey you, your foods done." Being a waitress myself I know your cosumters should always be address by Mrs, Mr, Mam etc I find the way I was address was rude and disrespectful over all not worth the money.

i stoppped there last night on my way to childrens hospital n i was not happy with the service we got! First she didnt smile when she came to the table then she got our order wrong, she gave us the wrong recipte then she got made at me for asking a manger if i was chargered double for something..she was even running her mouth i told the manger she will be lucky if he gets a tip....which she didnt. The manger even took a meal off for us...her name ERICA!!! The manger was real nice tho thank you for what you did:)

The slim Jim wife had was ok, but my Big Boy was soggy and gross like a white Castle. Fries could tell oil not being changed properly. Its obvious they care about updating exterior of building but food now terrible, we had been here before and the cook was either no longer there and manager maybe quit? Less then 6 months ago had outstanding burger here. Get new help even if you pay more for them. Your business is about to go SOUTH!!!

4 stars for service. The facility itself is a bit dated. The salad bar was a huge disappointment. Very dirty and unkept. The salad was red and wilted. The bulk of the items were bare and clearly hadnt been flipped in a number of hours. The soups were all empty and burnt to the bottom of the pan. The food did meet expectations and the ticket times was acceptable. Definitely not as good as 12 and hoover.

Oh I had two large tables and completely forgot about your order I didnt even put it in thirty minutes later... on top of that this us to get out own sides for my daughter, then left our food on counter and twenty minutes later after it sat there have it to us had to literally leave and hated every second of it I waited long and was so disgusted I left

The menu has changed again . Missing some of my favorites , the salad bar has changed as well the extras for your salad are no longer there such as sunflower seeds bacon bits chowmein noodles . Didnt have or dont have oyster crackers for the soup now . But they finally remodeled the bathrooms ..

The new booths are too small they have the tables are extremely small you cannot have more than two people at a big booth. The seat has less than 10 inches to sit on it feels like youre leaning forward. You actually hit the knees of the person across from you. Lol. Terrible job.

Their prices have outpaced their quality. $10 for that mediocre salad bar? I had a salad and a bowl of soup, not realizing they had jacked up the price so much. Im a life long BB patron, but will not be returning now with such high prices.

The Slim Jim was a mess, the salad bar was not feesh, we found plastic in our food, french fries were soggy, hamburger bud was dry, lack of cheeze in the omlet!! .I remember why I quit going to Big Boys

I will not return this particular location. The waitress was nice, but was extremely incompetent. I suggest some retraining. The food was okay. The other staff was rude, no real management.
