Staff seemed more interested in gossiping than creating a pleasant experience for customers. One apparent employee (wearing grimy sweats, no Arcadia gear) continued to go behind counter and serve himself, which seemed fine with everyone there. The couple next to me ordered food, but the first 3 things that the guy tried to order were not in stock, I think he ended up with a choice of 2 options for dinner. For sitting at the bar, I felt my service took too much time, but was patient and sampled some decent beer, but this place is definitely suited towards an IPA crowd. I was then told that stout beer (non-nitro) foams too much to fill growlers, and was asked what else I would like to fill my growler with. Being not overly impressed by the beer selection, service, or anything I had seen, I did not fill my growler and do not plan to return. Which sucks, as I will be 1 block away every week for the next couple months. If you are looking for really good beer and service in an inviting setting, I think the best thing about Arcadia is that it is only 20 more minutes to get to Bells or Dark Horse.

What happened to the pizza? We just got two pizzas and a cheese crust and this is very disappointing compared to how I remember when I moved here 8 years ago. Definitely not worth the money. Mostly burnt, thin cardboard crust and the toppings were all over the place. Literally a pile of rosemary in one corner of my Tuscan, and a pile of garlic in the other. I love supporting local, small business, especially breweries. And I love the beer, dont get me wrong. But there is no way someone should feel right charging $14 for what I just received. Especially when they have the means to make the best pizzas in town with a wood fired oven. Sad

The staff here is very sad. If you are looking for a good place that is inviting it is not here. Restaurant was half full and it took 15 minutes to put our drink and food order in. We took our chances and put our food and drink order in at same time. Drinks took another 10 minutes. Hardly anyone sitting at the bar so that couldnt be the reason. Then looked around and you could tell other people were in the same situation we were. I think if they were short staffed that could be it, but fill your staff with inviting people and not ones that looked like they rolled out of bed at 1:30 in the afternoon. Not worth visiting again at all.

Weve been going here for 10+ years. It used to be our "go to" place with the kids and also with friends for dinner & drinks but I think well be finding a new place. The menu changed recently & portions have gotten much smaller. We ate here a few days ago & my brewers brisket sandwich was smaller than my young sons meal..and it was twice as expensive! No joke the bun was smaller than a hotdog bun! They also changed their chips (again!) and added red onion to the coleslaw..so gross! The pizza crust was also so thin we couldnt even pick up the slices. Total disappointment.

Dissapointed. As other reviews have mentioned, the brewery is in much need of cleaning. We noticed fruit flies hovering around our beer in the dead of winter. We Left without finishing our beers due to taste. The blt sandwich and Cuban pizza were both underwhelming. Told beer offerings were listed on chalkboard, but list had names only (no descriptions). Had to Google name of each beer to figure out what they were. Later found out there were beer list at the tables, but they were not up to date.

HORRIBLE from start to finish. Waitress knew nothing about the beer selections, referred us to the menu for descriptions. Ordered dinner and appetizer. Appetizer took 45 min. to arrive, only after we asked three times about it. Finally told waitress to cancel the appetizer and they brought it anyway. 5 min after the appetizer dinner arrived. Staff knew we were dissatisfied and couldnt have cared less. Bathrooms were FILTHY. We will NOT be coming back.

I have visited here on several occasions and cant get enough of the cuban! Yum! The beer is the absolute best and the service I received was remarkable. Tommy, our server, was quick, efficient, has a positive upbeat attitude, and glorious smile. He was very attentive to our tables many needs and never skipped a beat. I couldnt have been happier with the service we received.

Im giving tonights experience a 3 only because I know it can be much better. However tonight nothing seemed to go right. They had a limited menu that they didnt advertise in their event posting. The server forgot to order some of our food. Its the launch of the new mug club and she knew next to nothing about it. The caramelized bacon wasnt. Just kind of a mess.

I recently had the misfortune of witnessing the kitchen operation at Arcadia. I was in shock to see the level of sanitation, or lack there of. It really made me question who was letting this happen. It just goes to show when the people on top are not willing to put in 100%, a good business flows right down a dirty smelly drain. Yuck, Bring the pepto!

The service is terrible. We went there for lunch and waited 40 minutes for our food. After struggling to get the attention of our waitress we finally called her over. She came back and informed us that our ticket had been lost and they were just starting our food. We ended up leaving because we did not have time to wait.

Chicken nachos were great as was the chicken BBQ Pizza. Only a 3 stars though because sadly, the restrooms were disgusting. Its one thing to be outdated but filthy and not working is not acceptable. So glad my young daughter wasnt with me. We would have had to leave if she would have needed to use the restroom.

I have been here several times and I am a big fan of their beer. Their food is top notch and I would definitely recommend the beef brisket, or green goodness pizza. Their greens are excellent as well. And the beer is top notch. If you have a chance join the mug club, it is well worth the money upfront.

Not as good as it used to be before they opened up shop in Kalamazoo. The BC location feels like an afterthought these days but...they still have great beers on tap and great pizza. Its just sad that when you peer through the glass walls you dont see all the co stainless brewing equipment anymore.

Had a great early dinner in Thursday afternoon. The cheese ale soup was thick, spicy and very tasty. The brisket dinner was nice, smokey, and tender. The staff was friendly to my whole family and I can say if I am back here Im the future I will make sure to stop in and try out the pulled pork.

Beer is great! We went on a Tuesday and they were out of almost half the menu. My friend ordered the combination platter and instead of telling him they were out of chicken they just threw on extra pork. Could buy the beer at meijer and skip the whole restaurant experience for sure!

Dont come here if you dont like the smell of Ale. This is a brewery, and you can watch them make the ale through the glass. If you like locally made ale, this is a great choice. I like the Brisket, and the wood fire pizza here.
