Whether going through the drive-thru or walking into the restaurant, speed does not seem to be a concern of the staff there. As I went through the drive-thru, the employees made me wait 5 minutes before allowing me to proceed with my order. As I waited, cars behind me drove away because of how long they were taking. Once I was allowed to proceed with my order, a lady with a weird southern-like accent attempted to communicate with me through her slurred speech. I placed my order: 4 original sliders, fries and a drink. As I pulled up to the window, I waited another 5 minutes for them to hand me my food. Going inside is even worse. As I walked into the restaurant, I stood in line behind 3 people. As I waited, two people left waiting for the employees to take the first guy’s order. Once I finally go to the front, it had already been 10 minutes. I ordered the same thing I got before, but with cheese. One of the employees was wearing her cap pointing straight toward the ceiling. I sat down in one of the corners of the restaurant. The restaurant was lit bright, but not too bright or too dim, just neutral. It was pretty quiet and had a good temperature. The furniture was in relatively good shape… except for the bottoms of some things. The bottoms of the chairs and tables were either rusted or stained black. Some of the legs of the chairs looked very bad. The walls are decorated with old black and white photos of the original restaurant and company. After waiting 20 minutes, I finally got my simple order of 4 sliders, fried and a drink… except I didn’t get a drink. After asking a few times, they gave me a cup. Waiting for the employees of White Castle is like old people making love—boring, disgusting, and very, very slow. I sat back down to eat my meal. The original 2 inch by 2 inch burger has two soft buns with a square all beef patty on the inside with pickles and onions. This slider can be served with catsup, mustard, and/or cheese. The combination of these ingredients combine to make a soft yet delicious slider with a little sweet and salty taste. They smell unlike most burgers with an onion like smell. This slider comes with a small fry. The fries are soft, yet crunchy, and wavy with a pinch of salt, but are a little dry. The meal also comes with a small drink. Whether you’re wanting something to eat for lunch, trying to get a late night snack, or craving those, “tender little White Castle burgers with those little, itty-bitty grilled onions that just explode in your mouth like flavor crystals every time you bite into one” after watching Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle, White Castle is the place to go… just not this one.

Went here the other day, July 22nd. First time at this location. Went through the drive thru to order, no one greeted me. Waited a moment, then said hello. A girl spoke and said that their connection with the drive thru wasnt working very well and to come inside. So I did. I then waited at the counter for 5 mins. I saw a total of 3 employees. One was cleaning tables in the dinning room. One (manager shirt) was talking and walking around with an employee that wasnt on the clock and went into their office. Walked past me. No hello. And the third employee was making food alone. There was one other person waiting in lobby. No one came to help me at the front. The girl making food then went to the drive thru computer and started taking someones order. Wait, I thought the drive thru was broken? So now this person in the drive thru is getting helped and served before me when Ive been waiting. The worker in the lobby didnt help any. The manager in the office should not be a manager. And the one making food wasnt in the wrong but certainly not in the right. I then walked out in anger and annoyance because of how awful my experience was. I am a GM at a food chain myself. I would not even consider having any of them on my staff. Never going to this white castle again. Unbelievable. Rude.

The food was exactly as expected but the service was surprisingly pleasant. The staff was genuinely friendly and anticipated my every need. It was a happy atmosphere. The only problems I found were in the design or lack of caring on the part of the handicap accessible implementation. When I came up the walkway from the bus stop there was a ramp leading into the drivetrain lane but a steep curb at the entryway. I was forced to wheel around in the drivetrain ugh lane to the side entrance, which is dangerous and, in fact, was met with a car coming around the corner when I left to go back to the bus stop. The side door has the usual wheelchair symbol sticker but it was meaningless because the only thing accessible about the building is the inside of the womens bathroom. I say the inside because it was actually thoughtfully designed in the placement of all fixtures and the roominess the wheel around in, but the door was extremely heavy to open and I did hurt myself trying to enter the room.

At first, absolutely horrible. I order two Cheese Sliders with no Pickle and Mozz Stix with Marinara. I got two Cheese Sliders WITH pickle and Mozz Stix with RANCH. Literally everything about the order was wrong. To add to it, there was a couple hairs on the edge of my second slider. You can imagine Im pretty upset. I decide to call the manager then I proceed to go to the store. He looked at the slider, saw the hair, and had them make TWO fresh ones instead of just replacing the one. Then, I ask for a water cup and he gives me a large cup and tells me I can go ahead and get a soda if I would like to. Perfect example of a good manager. I was upset and he fixed the issue and more. I never wanted to go there again, but because of the manager, I will continue to eat there.

Always loved the taste. We used to drive a half hour in Chicago to get to a White Castle when I was very young. Affordable and a great value. Maybe one of the most sanitary cooking facilities on the planet as it goes from freezer to steam table to plate. Little chance for bacteria to be introduced. Youd think the staff wouldnt take a job at White Castle seriously. I dont know where they find them, but their employees are very cordial and professional. Im always treated very well there.

Literally the worst experience Ive ever had with a food place. No one around at the place and it still took 4 minutes for them to get on the mic and take my order, then had to wait another 10 just to get my food. When I did get the food the fries were unsalted and the buns were so wet with good knows what you could see through them. Couldnt pick up the burgers without the bread basically melting under your fingers. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

Worst White Castle Ive ever been to. Rude staff, they were out of condiment packets, fries had been under a heat lamp for a bit. I was passed 3 times by an employee before they stopped to see what I needed. People saying this is a standard White Castle must have never had good White Castle. Never stopping at this particular location again.
