Very disappointed with Nicole actions on Saturday Night.If a customer didnt what her food.Dont get upset and stop serving us. Then have someone else bring us our check especially if they are not the manager. She was so upset she stop bringing us water and soda all because one person at the table didnt like there order.I always gave her tip,but after what happen on Saturday no money was given from anybody at the table.She was Walking back and fourth by our table not once did she say sorry,rolling her eyes,continue walk past our table knowing we needed more to drink.My family and friends will not return. I actually like her and her sister but I can no longer return after that night.

Its called Mex Mex, but really bears much more resemblance to other American style Mexican restaurants. The wait staff appears to be routinely working more tables than makes sense and even having to prepare some dishes themselves. From what I can see, the place appears to be poorly managed. Ive seen the on duty manager ignoring customers and socializing at the hostess stand, been charged for substitutions despite it not being mentioned or printed anywhere. It has a roof, the food is decent enough, theres a roof top area that not utilized. If this place were managed and marketed better I believe it has potential thats untapped.

See update below. Excellent food and service. Best food we have had for a long time and the portions were great. Our servers name was Ethan. I will definitely ask for him by name. He was prompt and friendly but not overly so as to hinder our enjoyment of dinner. Prices were excellent. You can easily overeat for $10.00 or a little less if frugal and kids are $4.25 with a drink. Status as my new favorite restaurant is well earned. Update from 3 years ago: Great things dont last. Food quality has suffered. Not sure they have done a thorough cleaning since my last review 3 years ago. Fix it please. I want to start coming back again.

Ive enjoyed every meal Ive had here - more than 10 meals during the past year. The waiters are very attentive and friendly. The food is Mexican American. The portabello mushroom quesadilla is delicious. The salsa, guac, pico and queso are all very tasty. The vegetables are fresh. They have a bar you can sit at. Its stocked with beer and spirits. The restroom is clean and the atmosphere in the dining area is pleasant. No complaints!

Horrible service this place used to be great, I went last night, and had horrible service, first my friend order a Texas marigertia and was brought a classic and the server "forgot"?it was suppose to be a Texas. Then I ordered my meal with cheese dip, she "forgot" the cheese dip, then when she brought it wasnt even heated. But I ate anyway cause we alrdy waited forever and mind you it was not busy at all! Will not be returning

I just wanted to take a moment to complement the service we receive from Lindsey Golden at the Mistico Mex Mex bar and grill in Winder. She has been our server a few times and she is always friendly and provides excellent service. I appreciate a server who does a great job, and Lindsey always goes above and beyond. I seriously fell that she deserved to be recognized. Great job Lindsey!!!

Ate here after visiting Ft. Yargo. The food was delicious and fresh (including a sinfully delectable fried burrito), our server was friendly and attentive, so it was a good experience. Comfy colorful interior adds to the charm. Surprising find. Happy to be going back there this weekend. Yum I save 5 stars for unique outstanding places, so Im not docking a point for anything.

My family have been coming here for the last six years. The quesadilla Laredo is really good. They have been in slow decline since new ownership took over. I really like some of the staff. Im thinking about cutting my losses and stopping the dissapointment. Cleanliness seems to be an issue.

Excellent service and the food was very good. Explained that my fiance does not like SPICY food and the waiter recommended one specific dish and he followed up and made sure this had very little "kick" to it. Recommend a visit, me, will do again as soon as Im back in the area.
