I cant even give this restaurant 1 star. I remember years ago when we would travel from worc to natick/framingham to visit the Olive Garden OMGosh I was in Heaven. NOW Downhill like a rolling stone, we were seated at 5:30 and never left until 7:45, it took at least 20 mins after placing our order to recieve it, we had the never ending pasta...disgusting!!!! my oldest ordered a chicken and shrimp meal and he thought is very nasty. Waiting for a refill (my husband) on the never ending pasta took at least another 25 mins. I then told them my sons also had a bday this week, he has special needs so really sitting this long was taking its toll on him. well after we ate we waited another 20 plus mins to bring dessert ....by then I was like pls give me the check with this.... The service is TERRIBLE...SO SLOW...the food...seriously...DISGUSTING...I will never step foot into a once loved fav spot. All that for 100 dollars, what a waste! You really should revisit the way your restaurant is runned...

The only positive about my visit last night was our waitress. First, my boyfriend and I were seated at a table surrounded by tables with young children when we had walked past several empty tables in other sections. (Not that we dont like children, but why seat a couple in that section?) Next, after waiting over 30 minutes for our meals, his meatballs (frozen, not home made BTW) were horrible, the pasta was over cooked and starchy, the sauce was tolerable. My fettuccine was also starchy, and the Alfredo sauce was obviously not hand made. We both woke up in the middle of the night with horrible acidy stomaches. Just an overall horrible experience. We wont be back.

Just ate at the Worcester Olive Garden... we waited 5.6 minutes for waitress Erica P. To come to our table... place was empty and we were the only ones seated in this section... after the food came ... we felt we were eating outside with the gnats..and didnt see our waitress again until we were done had no water left and still waited 10.08 minutes after that for her to come ... 8 waitresses and waiters standing around and none of them could help!!! WORSE Experience EVER!!! If you like eating with gnats then this place is for you!! Im sure Olive Garden will delete this!

For being open only 6 months, the decor is bland but typical of the olive garden. It was clean but did not wow me. I tried the blackened lemon chicken. Very good. There were 2 chicken breasts. Very juicy and tender. The roasted potatoes were sliced like potato chips and were relatively bland. I chose to have pasta as a side (rather than green beans). I really hate the marinara sauce here. The lasagna was small for the price but tasty according to hubby. Service was good. Breadsticks and salad are always good.

If I could leave less than one star as a review I would. The service here is awful and the staff does not care about the customers at all. We waited over an hour for our food and when we finally got it, the food was cold. Avoid this place at all costs! Also the manager was very condescending and rude. This is the first bad review of any place I have written it a long time. Very disappointing experience!

My server "Angel" took my order for a water, then came back 15 minutes later to take my food order, with no water. The host came over and i asked if he was new and she said "no i had to triple seat him im sorry" but Angel seated us himself so thats not true. The water is brown. This place sucks but the breadsticks are unreal lol

Our server Rob was nice at first and out of the blue had the nastiest attitude ... never will i be going here again ... nasty nasty nasty service ... also heard him talking about how lazy the black servers are ... i definetly hope he gets trained on how to serve the public of many colors and nationalities

As soon as our waiter William came to our table he acted as if he didnt want to be there. He was rude and condescending. He was upset when the parent wanted to clarify the childs meal. He changed his attitude later but it was already too late. I dont intend going back to that olive garden ever again.

Waiter was nice, but could use some better personal hygiene habit instruction. Generally speaking, the dishes and silverware were dirty from the dishwasher...silverware was wet and had residue on them. Im not fond of the OG probably because I think the restaurant is not very clean.

Dont know if the waiter was new or what it took too long to get anything way too long sitting there by ourselves just wasnt on the money today and then the bill came and it was double and it was the wrong prices for this and that it was just not on their game today but I go back

Completly unprofessional service i left feeling violated by my server Robert felt he was hitting on me and kept inappropriately brushing against me as he grated the cheese i will never go to that place again get your employess in line olive garden cause the place is a hot mess

After 15 minutes of trying to use the website to place an order, I gave up. I even gave them a second chance and tried to call ahead, but they immediately placed me on hold. Ill take my $100 to go order elsewhere. (I will add that the one in Marlboro is much better)

Went at around closing food was average however the breadsticks were old and stale and I couldnt get any refils on any of it. Would never go back again at closing seriously contemplating going back again period. People were dropping dishes and pans all over the place.

This location is impossible to get to. We drove around for 30 minutes trying to get into it. No signage and no easy entry. We left and went to Rhode Island. Worcester is the worst city in the nation. I hate it and will never ever ever return. Total garbage.

It was my birthday and they were awesome. They sang happy birthday and brought cake with a candle... I love their wine selections. I never remember the names of the wines I have prior. Everything they bring me is so delicious though..... Love coming here

I keep going to the Olive garden thinking Im gonna like there over priced food but never do. Only thing thats good is the unlimited soup salad and bread sticks, oh and the staff there always nice, its not there fault Olive gardens food is trash.

Food is great staff didnt seem like they wanted to be there. Felt bad for the customers next to us because we had kids and they didnt. Should have sat us near other families instead of a couple. They didnt complain but still felt bad.

My wife and I just had lunch there and it was great. The service was great and the food was excellent. Our waiter was very helpful and they give pretty good glass of wine for the price. we both were very happy with the experience.

Ordered out and food was cold, portions of food are small for a $10 pasta dish... And when i mean small, i mean its like opening a new bag of chips and realizing that its half air... Never again
