I had to stop in Walmart to grab a few things and on my way out I see the Wayback Burger sign. I thought great I dont have to cook. I decideed to go in and see "what" this place is. I went in to wash my hands in the bathroom and there wasnt any soap. I mentioned this to the female worker there and she responded "what". Although once I repeated myself a second time it was taken care of, but nothing was said to me once the soap was replaced. While I waited for the soap to be taken care of asked the male employee if I could place my order he also resplied "what" I repeated myself and he said oh yea. Afternoon crew, saying "what" to a customer isnt too comforting to a customer nor to anyone for that matter. With that being said, I did enjoy the burger and fries. Food: Five stars Service: Three Stars

Absolutely dissatisfied! Highly overpriced. The onion rings were soggy. the milkshake was impossible to finish and not worth the near $5.00. the burger had little taste it was at very best below average. The fries they werent even that good. I understand going out to a restaurants I may not enjoy everything on the menu but I did not enjoy anything on their menu. If your a five guys burgers fan dont waste your time or money at Jakes Wayback burgers.

The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the onion rings. This place is more than just a little pricy its way over priced. Way back Burgers, Red Robin, Five Guys and Dairy Queen in Worcester I have tried them all and I can tell you take the ride to the Spencer Dairy Queen and you will never eat at these other places again. 2 meals at Wayback $24.77 the exact same food at DQ $16.55 and let me tell you its Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the rest.

A lot of people will compare this to Five Guys, but the food tastes so much less greasy with all the same quality. Plus, the French fry oil isnt peanut oil and is gluten free (useful for those with allergies). I like their milkshakes best, but dont underestimate how filling it will be based on the price. They are very thick.

Though there were a lot of choices on the menu, I didnt think the burgers were that great. They were fine, but I prefer Five Guys or Shake Shack. The fries were underseasoned but I liked the onion rings. I did like how there were a few choices for the kids meals, but they dont offer milk or juice as drink choices.

This place is amazing! Delicious burgers, fries, shakes, etc. The setting is clean, and comfortable. The staff brings you your food, and is friendly. The burgers are fresh and juicy, and the hamburger buns are soft and savory. Definitely a mainstay for any kinda local burger aficionado.

NOT WORTH IT waste of money Will never good back. my 8 year old had gotten a adult classic burger, a large fires and a shake and he asked for more food. Five guys gives more 5 x more fires for similar price. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to MCD, Burger King or any other burger place

It may be a little pricy, but if youre looking for a quick meal almost as fast as traditional fast good then this is definitely the place to go. Milk shakes are a must have here! I honestly think theyre a bigger selling point than the burgers themselves

If not for the jalepeno peppers and mayonnaise, the Jakes cheese burger would be tasteless. I dont know where they get their meat from but they really need to rethink that source. Everything else tasted quite good however 4.29 for a milkshake?

The burgers and hotdogs are delicious. Fries are always fresh and on point. I will keep visiting this location. Note: The house chips are good, but they reaaaally dont age well! If you order them, eat them quickly.
