Food was disgusting and old they had the nerve to deliver to my elderly mother old burnt food and refuse to give me a refund or to come pick up their garbage food worst service Worst food in Worcester in Massachusetts area after telling me food been sitting there all day and they re cooked it to make it a little crispy no burnt old food is what they achieved and who knows how long they had that food hanging around violating health codes will be reporting to the city for stealing my mothers money and serving her rotted foods the owner is a low life DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE THEIFS !!!!

Food was disgusting, I orderd boneless spare ribs, crab Rangoon and lomein. The boneless spareribs were as tough as shoe leather,the crab Rangoon was soggy tasted like garlic on top of garlic what happened to the CRAB!!! The lomein tasted like it was sitting out for a while it was cold and the noodles were tough and chewy I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE STAY AWAY.. CHEF HO IS ALOT BETTER ND THE FOOD IS LEGITIMATE

I placed a fifty dollar take out order and specifically ordered General Tsos chicken with NO broccoli but apparently no translates to extra from English to Chinese (or whatever language they fu#*ed up my order in) If youre looking for take out, the best in Worcester is Weng Hin on Lincoln st. If youre looking for delivery Chef Hos is good. This place sucks. Dont do it. Seriously , youll be disappointed.

3 times out of a year I would a hair in my food and then had the nerve to complain about replacing it. Then to ask for your money back forget it they refuse you. Like you want another replacement For you find a hair in it. Just bad customer service. They will argue that its not their hair. As if it wasnt obviously their hair long black thick hair.

They are all thieves. Accidentally left my phone here after 1 mins phone off. Later they lied they didnt have it. After I tried calling the POLICE. They gave it back. The order was wrong and was full of salt and soy sauce. Very rude and bad people dont buy from them.

Rude take to long the order was wrong and instead of fixing it she sat there and argued not a good business. Will not be ordering from here again niether will my freinds or family. Very disappointed even after we have been ordering from them for 5 years shameful.

I had to change my review on this. They used to be the best but my wife and I have been there a couple times in the past few weeks and they arent as good any more. Their food has changed for the worse. They may have change owners. I gave them 5 stars before.

An hour for delivery. I ordered general tso chicken. My order was cold. All the chicken was fried hard. Dont order from here. Unless your desperate. Oh if you dont mention the free coupon for extra stuff they will not remind you nor will they send.

Orange Crab Rangoons, Criminally small rib meat basted in Aso-Aso, dirty rice served in a dirty restaurant, that is always freezing. We made Snapchats about the poor quality here.
