WOW - What to say about the perfect place in urban Worcester. It offers everything: location (easy access on the West side from Chandler St. (close to Park Ave., June St., Peasant St.) with plenty of off-street parting; great hours 7 days a week; an incredible staff; a healthy (not yucky/blah health food) mouth-watering menu of food and beverages; and free WiFi. AWESOME My favorite is the House Blend coffee in a very large mug for under $2 and refills as less than $1. The smoothies are to-die-for, esp., the Blue Monkey (blueberries, bananas, soy and agave). Also the strawberry banana! The breakfast sandwiches often start my day. The toasted bagels offer a lighter start. And their assortment of signature sandwiches, wraps, salads or a Panini is incredible - try a roasted sweet potato salad. Big, delicious, filling and healthy!. More than I expected on my return to Worcester after 8 years in Asia!!!!!!

Friendly and outgoing staff, who want to make sure you get what you want. The vegetables are local and organic whenever possible. The turkey and chicken is all natural. All dressings are natural with no high fructose corn syrup. Lots of vegan and gluten free options. Unique drink and food specials every other week. Prices are great considering the amazing quality. Flavored lattes are sooo good, try in a mug, youll even get latte art sometimes! Very nice place to meet up with some friends and stay a while, lots of seats and unlimited free wifi. Local art featured on the walls, makes it a very artsy and unique place. They have weekly events like open mic and Paint Nite, a really community minded place. The overall experience is fantastic, from the food and drinks, to the music and staff, just such a great feeling to the place.

The prices are reasonable. I hate that the only menu is overhead with minimal to no lighting. I had the turkey apple sandwich. It was in the dry side and not very flavorful. The bread was super fresh. All sandwiches come with chips and salsa. The chips are way too salty and the homemade salsa was essentially just tomatoes and super watery. The strawberry banana smoothie was awesome. The buffalo chicken sandwich tasty. The pulled pork sandwich was super juicy and messy but tasty. The chicken Caesar wrap was the easiest to eat and well stuffed. The place has bad acoustics. Very loud when it was not crowded. Staff was friendly, food and drinks were slow.

If you like good coffee, DONT GO HERE. Its arguably worse than mediocre. However, theres a lot of pluses to this place, which is why I couldnt rate it under 3 stars. This place is almost always busy no matter what time of day it is. There are almost always some kind of events going on in the cafe, which can help distract yourself away from the daily grind. -Lots of seating and its very comfortable -Decent lighting, and the cafe is always warm / good temperature -Always 3-4 staff on duty; other local cafes sometimes only have 1-2 -Outlets everywhere -Free wi-fi -Free and accessible fresh water If you come here, get the smoothies.

I want to like this place because the atmosphere is good - a big roomy place to sit in with comfy chairs and occasional live music. Lots of books laying around to look at or purchase as well. They employ a lot of good looking people. The coffee, however, is just not very good. I have tried the coffee many times with the hope that it would get better, but either the beans or espresso machine are just not very good, or possibly both. Perhaps if you like sugary coffee beverages its okay, but if you like good coffee, try elsewhere. The food was okay though. The one pastry I had, a muffin, was fair.

Absolutely amazing young and vibrant staff that accommodates to patrons dietary needs and restrictions such as gluten, allergies, etc. Whether youre a health nut or just want to try something different, this place is for you! Great variety of sandwiches, wraps, juices, smoothies, coffee, etc. made with organic ingredients. Crowd is mostly college students from the surrounding area but teachers are happily welcomed too. Free WiFi available and people usually use their tables as working/studying stations.

I love love love this place! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Whenever there is a misunderstanding or a slight mess up on your order, they go above and beyond to correct or remake it AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. The food is great. I love that they support local and fresh produce farms, and that the meat is hormone and antibiotic free. No matter what you order, your conscience can remain guilt free knowing that you are eating/drinking high quality ingredients at a wallet friendly price :)

Now that this place delivers via Foodler it deserves 6 stars. Great options for carnivores, omnivories, herbivores, dairy free, gluten free, vegan, you name it. They can even adjust their smoothies to suit! I also love that they welcome the use of their space for so many great activities. Friends can play board games and drink coffee, can share a meal and attend open mic night, or can do some adult meditation coloring over lunch. Lots of great options.

Food, when correctly made, is good. Id say 5 out of 10 times the meal is made the way you order it/fully cooked. Staff has become friendlier over the past few months. Coffee is o.k. In the summer, a group of older dudes rip butts at the tables where people are eating and nothing is done about it. Its freezing in there in the winter, and typically not very clean. Lastly, for a cafe, 9am is a bit late to open on a Sunday. The muffins are awesome.

This place is a GEM of Worcester! Bring your friends and family and show them this cafe because not only is there plenty of space for parking, plenty of seating and a fantastic menu, but the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. Great for getting work done with a panini and a smoothie because added to this great cafe is wonderful free wifi. Youll keep coming back. I hope this place stays open for a long time.

Ive been going to NuCafe for around 6 years now and am always impressed with the service and quality of food. Recently I had a terrible experience with a new salad and wrote to the owner to let him know. He was so gracious. Suffice it to say, this most recent experience has not affected my thoughts on this cafe - it is an outstanding gem in our city and their business model is sustainable - truly a great place.

I kept hearing of this place and happened to drive by so I stopped in. The staff helped me decide from the wide variety menu. Atmosphere is awesome, bright fresh with some old Worcester charm. My smoothie and wrap were outstanding. So much better than grabbing lunch at a chain restaurant local pizza joint or fast food. I cannot wait to get back out here and share this awesome find with friends.

First off .... Awesome ambiance! Great selection of drinks (both alcoholic & non); Id always get a Chait Smoothie after running a 5K Saturday morning. Every month they rotate the art that they are showing with another local artists work. They also host some cool events on certain nights of the week. All-in-all its a nice place to hang if you want to unwind for a bit.

One of my many "homes away from home"! I love Nucafe because the coffee is fantastic, the food is superb and the atmosphere is awesome. I sometimes spend the whole day there so Ive tasted all of the veggie options plus several of the java choices and they are all great. Great place to meet friends, clients and fellow coffee freaks!
