DISCLAIMER: I have not, and will not, be paid or otherwise compensated for this review. I do not have any prior relationship with anyone who works there. Man, this is a tough review. I LOVE the coffee here. I LOVE the convenience. I LOVE the owners/CEOs of the shop, theyre really generous men. But if there is one thing that I dont like its one of the baristas. If she doesnt hear your drink order, when you go to correct her she will give attitude, ("UHM, OKAY") then be overly fake nice ("Have a GREAAAAT day!" *heavy sarcastic tone*). Its a COFFEE, it doesnt come with, or need to come with, a side of sass. I cant take off a whole star from this review though, because that just wouldnt be an accurate representation of the shop as a whole. The reason Brew on the Grid gets 5 stars from me is their NITRO cold brew. Their normal cold brew is frequently sold out by the time I come in (~8:30am), so I had been just ordering a normal iced coffee. That is, until today. I got their NITRO cold brew, and let me tell you, it was INCREDIBLE. BEST coffee Ive ever had, hands down, no competition. I dont know if it was just the mixed in nitrogen I liked so much, or if it was the combo of the NITRO and hazelnut flavoring, but it was 10/10 BOMB. Summary: One rude barista doesnt ruin the bunch, the rest of the baristas are professional and polite. Try the NITRO cold brew, but dont try all of it because I love it too much for it to be sold out. :)

Well, I went into the Brew and I believe the owner waited on me, and he was awesome, But the second day I went in I placed my order ," Ice coffee with cream", I was told I had to put my own cream an sugar in, But no cream anywhere ,just whole milk / half an half which is OK but was taken aback a little, I mean who charges those prices and then you have to finish making it , and then theres a tip jar there, for doing what? You wait in line to get your coffee and then wait in line to get cream /surgar Go back to DD or a machine at least its made to order.

I love this little shop! I frequent Brew on the Grid because it so perfectly convenient right by the commons, not to mention so close to home. They have a great selection of coffee and teas, but also a variety of salads and sandwiches to choose from as well, making it a great lunch spot. The crew is also very friendly and always a pleasure to see.

Fantastic coffee!! There are places I just love going to and hanging out. Im not a huge fan of the decor, but they have comfy chairs and you can kill a lot of time here. But, the coffee here is ultra consistent and ultra good. Any type of coffee brew you desire, they do. Chocolate croissants are also pretty bomb here, too...

Excellent coffee and food - have only had an espresso drinks and breakfast sandwiches there so far, but both are delicious. They have other food (pastries, lunch sandwiches) that looks really tasty and fresh. Cute, clean place with large windows. Kind, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Coffee is really good and staffs are always welcoming. Slightly on the expensive side but the quality is worth it. Their sandwiches need more sauce or something, its a little dry. Deco is fabulous and love that we have something else than Dunkins in downtown Worcester.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable seating. I had a capucino and cookie, both were good. This cafe is a huge plus for downtown. Big windows for people watching. Its not too loud and not too quiet. If youre downtown give it a shot.

Darker roast. This is not third wave. Just a dressed up 2nd wave shop. Latte art is meh at best. Order two 12oz lattes and the same container of frothed milk was used for both instead of each having a good mix of foam and milk.

I love what the place has to offer. Ive had breakfast and lunch sandwiches along with coffee and smoothies; it is all pretty good. However, in all honesty, what I like the most about this place is that it is all well designed.

Love this spot! Lots of different brew methods available, single origin beans, views of the common, nice seating...if you like great coffee, this is the place to go! Pro Tip: Try a Chemex pour over

Nice decor and friendly staff. I got a cappuccino, which was really good, but not great. I really enjoyed the shop, but there wasnt anything to make me particularly passionate about it.

Stopped in with my fiancée and daughter to catch up with an old coworker. The mocha brewachino was quite good as was the smoothie. The breakfast sandwiches were also good.

Coffee was pretty good. Sandwich was eh...basic, lacked flavor and was very cold and pre-made. Save your $8.00. There are better places in the city.
