Came in on a Friday night to try the diner down the street. I will say that the service and staff were friendly and attentive. Just the food was really disappointing. On our visit they were out of a few items we asked for on the menu. While the menu here is expansive for a place of this size, they would probably be better served with a smaller higher quality menu. They do serve beer and wine. I also hear they do brunch. I will update if I ever give it a try. Steak Tips - They were cooked fine, so was the flavoring. However it was nothing I couldnt have done at home. The sides were risotto and mashed potatoes. The first was more like instant rice, no flavor of risotto Ive ever had. The mashed potatoes had a parts that were chunky and filmy, like it was left under a heat lamp for too long. Lobster Bisque - Didnt like it. Tasted fresh out of a can. No traces of lobster. Grilled Shrimp Appetizer - it came in a scampi style broth and a few pieces of garlic bread. This didnt look grilled but it was definitely my favorite item.

This place is better than you might think. Not a gourmet restaurant, but good food and friendly service at a reasonable price. Its great as a burger joint, but also has some other more substantial entrees. The lamb chops are very good. As is the scrod. I wouldnt recommend the shepards pie, its not bad, but Im kind of picky about that particular dish. Their piccata sauce is also decent. I with they had a better beer selection. They have domestic beer and Bass ale.

Love this dinner! Breakfast is my fav! But the ladies that serve here are the best, they keep me coming back! Update.. stopped going, I asked once for bacon crisp, on my BLT, and he burnt it! Tasted awful . Next 3/4 times ordered same, BLT, and the cook continues to BURN IT, BLACK! Done.. I love the girls, but Ill make my own sandwich.. see ya...

French toast was served cold (butter didnt even melt on it) and service was nice but inattentive. We werent asked for drink refills upon the arrival of our food and I had to actually get up from the table to find the waitress to ask for more coffee. Better off elsewhere.

It was nice, the staff are sweet. Every now and then youll see some friendly faces you know from around town. Its a great social gathering place. Would recommend this place to someone looking to bring friends, have a good time or just having dinner with the family.

5 of us each had great dinners and the tab was less than a yard with tip. Really good but if you get bread with oil, ask for a drizzle and not to overload.
