Dishonest Staff, Irresponsible Owner I have gone to this Subway a couple times without issue. The last two times I went, I was trying to redeem coupons offered by my mobile carrier, Tmobile, and the manager on site decided to play games with me. The last time I went, the manager Mahi gave me trouble, saying that the offer was valid only at certain participating locations and that this particular store was not one of them. I politely told him I had redeemed a Tmobile offer at the store before and he said they were no longer accepting it. I went back to my office and decided to call Tmobile who told me to call Subway customer service who told me to speak to the specific store or the owner of that store. I called the store itself just for kicks and was on the phone with the same Mahi and I told him I was interested in coming into the store to redeem an offer from Tmobile if they were honoring it. He paused for a moment, thinking, and then said yes! I then proceeded to call the owner of the store who confirmed her franchise locations were partnered with Tmobile and honored the coupons. She said she would get the whole story from her employees and call me back but no surprise, I never received a call back. Im sure this happens at most franchises where they sign up to partner with other companies who offer discounts and rewards to their customers but then they play a charade to make the customer dance around and then tell them they cant redeem the offer. Most people wouldnt think twice but Im glad I double checked. I will not be going to this Subway again and I urge you to be careful when the manager or owner tells you something because theyre probably lying. Thats just not how you do business.

I ordered two trays of sandwiches from this store for a holiday party. First when I went to pick up my order, they gave me the wrong order. When I finally got the correct order the sandwiches were horrendous! I was embarrassed to put them on the table. I have pictures of the trays, I wish I could post them! Ive contacted Subway twice. The store manager called me once back in January and promised me a voucher for new trays. Neither corporate nor the manager have ever come through with any reparations. Stay away from this location.

About what youd expect from a subway. Service during weekday rush hour is slow but the employees are kind and alert. I have ordered from here about a dozen times and they have been prompt and attentive each time. They have promotions fairly often as well.

They are very slow. I had to ask multiple times for more toppings and when I ask for my sandwich to be made a certain way they still tried to make it a different way then what I wanted. And the bread was hard around the edges.

The food is disgusting. Services are terrible. My friend had a diarrhea after ate this place. The owner touch use the money and food without gloves. Never go there again.
