"Consistently inconsistent." The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because they have good customer service and friendly managers that are outgoing. For the past month Ive been getting panera 2-3 times a week in order to try and eat healthier (their salads are very filling and nutritional for very few calories). Every time I place an "order ahead" order on their mobile app, something is missing. Wether it be the pecans in my strawberry poppyseed salad, the spread for my bagel, or even the side that comes with my entrée. Note: out of the 8 times Ive been here in the last month, something like this has happened EVERY time. Very annoying. If you plan to order ahead through their website or mobile app, I suggest upon picking your items up that you CHECK your bag(s) and ensure that you have everything you PAID FOR, and that theres no missing ingredients from your entrée. Otherwise plan on making a call, asking for the manager immediately (the regular employees are of no help) and explain that they missed something. Usually they either cancel the order and give you a refund, or offer a free replacement next time you come in. Like I said, thats the only reason why I gave this Panera 2 stars. Also, the food is good and somewhat healthy if you know your required daily macros and calorie intake then order accordingly among their wide menu selection. Its a bit overpriced IMO but maybe that has to do with the amount of product they have to give away to make it up to the customer for messing up so frequently.

Lots of locals hang out here. Seems to be a hot spot. Old folks getting their free refills :-). see some others doing work. Assume its work, but maybe just using the wifi to surf. Its clean, plenty of space, but service can be better. Seems more like a step above a McDonalds than a step below a Starbucks. Coffee has tasted better at other Paneras. Had coffee and bagels here for a month and hazel nut never tasted like the hazel nut at other Paneras. The bagels where some times not ready for pick or never there. I think they even gave me old bagels because they were in plastic bags inside the paper bag. Go here for something quick and Bette than McDs. But like McDs no reason to stay longer.

Whats the point of ordering in advance on the phone? My order was never made and i had to wait for it. One time the guy at the bakery took off his hat and started scratching his head...flakes falling off...another time the girl who took my order at the bakery whiles typing my order put her finger right in her nose...eeeww and this was before getting my souffle. I think she realized she messed up cos she started having awkward conversation with me. I was just not in the mood to ask her to go wash her hands...i just took my order and trashed it. Never going back!!

This Panera is like any other one in terms of the food and service. I used to come here frequently to work and eat breakfast but their wifi has degraded from "barely acceptable" to "virtually unusable" and I have dropped my rating down to two stars. Now I usually have breakfast at home and go to the Shrewsbury Public Library if I want a quiet place to sit and work. The library lets you bring in your own coffee too.

Weve consistently gotten incorrect food when ordering rapid take out. Each time, theyve shown no remorse for making us drive all of the way back. Theyve remade the food when specifically requested, but offered nothing for our trouble or inconvenience. Most recently, I had to clearly drive all the way back in the blizzard, and I barely got a mumbled "sorry" when they handed me the corrected item.

Probably the worst Panera I have been to. I ordered for a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich to-go. Whoever made my sandwich gave me a brusied aged apple in the paper bag. When I went back to trade for a proper one, she told me to throw the old apple in the trash. The sandwich had way more bread than the chicken salad. I will never go back to this location. If you do, dont make it to-go.

I like Panera Shrewsbury because it has a lot of seating and its centrally located to myself and friends. The food is just above mediocre. Their lattes are the worst. They have the worst smelling ladies room ever experienced in a food establishment . If I have to use it, I always wait till i am ready to leave. It will ruin your appetite. Its that way every time.

This is the most disorganized Panera I go to. When you walk in there is no designated order line, more like a free for all, do not go to the "order here" sign in the morning as no one staffs this counter until lunch, managers have no clue and when I commented Today to male assistant manager he replied youre right , we have no plan. THAT WAS IT, unbelievable!!!

We used to be regulars here but there has been a severe decline in food quality and service. Orders are quite regularly wrong and there has been hair in my food one too many time. The food isnt as good as it used to be and consistency is out the window, we will no longer be shopping here.

I have been a frequent customer here. Everything is great except inconsistent in the coffee drinks. Please Panera, teach your staff the correct way to make a café mocha. When it is done correctly perfect but not so great when burnt or too much/not enough chocolate

The food was different than all the other Paneras I had been to. The mac and cheese tasted thick and weird and overcooked. The chicken on my sandwhich was watery and mushy and nasty. Good service but I dont know why their food taste different than other Paneras.

This is one of my favorite paneras in the area. You can have good sandwiches for a good price and as the line is big usually, it is still worth the wait to buy a sandwich or a cookie.
