Its good food. Bar and grill chain. Have been in before and had a great experience, but this time not so much. The waitress took literally 15 minutes to greet us at our table. Then when I ordered an adult beverage and was carded, which as a waitress myself I normally have no problem with, my ID was questioned? Which mind you I had been here before and using my out of state, not out of date mind you, wasnt a problem. I had to provide a second form of ID, which was only my debit card. These were then taken to the manager for his approval. Was then told she didnt needy debit card. Mind you my bf wasnt carded at all. Yes I was slightly insulted. Dont think Ill be back and if I do, I will not have the same waitress. I felt insulted and ignored by her.

As someone who grew up all her life in the restaurant industry I am a HUGE critic and expect the best for my hard earned money! Well... that is exactly what I had last night. We took a table for 7 in the bar area & was greeted by a very informative, big smile and friendly waitress who introduced herself as Jasmine. My dirty martini was made to perfection, appetizers came out fast and everyone enjoyed their meals! Jasmine never missed a step was very attentive! The trivia was fun & at the end of the night I was surprised with a huge piece of chocolate cake with a side note for the occasion. We all grabbed a spoon & dug it!! Delicious!!! Thanks for making my "pre-op girls night" perfect! We will be back! Debbie May

Visiting from out of state, and decided to give it a try. Wanted a place I couldnt get at home. The staff was friendly and professional. The food was delivered very timely on a busy Saturday dinner rush, and was hot and very tasty. A great experience for my family, brought to us by a great team of employees at this restaurant!

The atmosphere feels like home; very good food and many dishes to choose from. However, service can be slow here at times. I would recommend this restaurant as long as youre in good company or have something to do while you wait.

Shady! Paid seperately the bills and left the waitress a tip on my reciept..days later come to see that she put herself a tip on the other reciept as well! she was rude frm the beginning and was lucky I gave her anythng at all.

Dont like the 99 chain. Restaurants vary from one to another. This one is good, the one in Bridgewater is awful. You can always count on the 99 for an average burger and a beer, but thats about it.

Waitresses are always friendly the food is always good and so is the service. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is unless you get a beer there is barely any alcohol in the mixed drinks..
