This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever ordered food from. I ordered for about 10 people from here. After placing the order, we all calculated the total charge. When they got here, we realized that they added 12 dollars to the order for no apparent reason. We still paid that though. After this,we realized that one of our orders had not come. So we immediately called them back, and told them about this. After much fighting the person on the other end, we were able to get across the fact that we wanted a chicken chow mein. Then we realized that he was going to charge us for it, so we called again, and fought for 20 minutes to get rid of the charge. Then when they came 35 minutes late, we found they brought a hot and sour soup. The food wasnt even that good. Luckily for them, google doesnt let people rate with 0 stars, because that is what they earned.

We ordered food at 6:45. They said it was going to be an hour. We called back at 8:15 to ask. They said "oh yeah we cant come on campus because youre closed" but weve seen cars come on campus. Additionally, they dont even need to come on campus as they can just pull onto old ferry road (not campus property) and we can meet them there, so they said "well we will talk to our driver when he comes back and well see". We called and harassed them again at 8:45, at which point they began MAKING our food. At 10:15, the delivery arrived. Keep in mind, we ordered $50 worth of food. What we got was 2 vats of duck sauce, a small container of rice, and a free 2 liter coke because of a promotion theyre running. They officially closed at 10, so it is safe to say we arent going to be getting our food (which they charged us for almost 2 hours ago).

I have eaten American-Chinese food all over RI, and this is the best by far. It is just your standard menu items, but it is cooked PERFECTLY every time. The crab rangoon is flaky and crispy but soft on the inside, and the General Tzos Chicken is whole white meat and looks and tastes really fresh. The guy behind the counter is really nice and always smiling in his beige hat every time I see him. I live in Newport and commute up to get this Chinese food. Its good food and good people. What more can one ask for?

Ive given this place its fair shot. im a local and this place sucks ive orderd when it was china moon and lucky garden and nothing has changed . everything on the menu sucks. chickens dry. chow meins all vegetables even if you order it with meat. if i could give this place zero stars i would. the general tso was all fat and nasty pieces of chicken. the sweet n sour chicken is all dry and bread. this place is way to overpriced and sucks. there only in business cuz there the only gig in town.

This is one of the best fast-food Chinese restaurants in Bristol. While I cant speak to their delivery, I can say that their food is great. Their chicken is high quality, white meat chicken. The fried rice is always perfect. If youre craving Chinese food in the Warren/Bristol area, you should definitely try this place. While their business is primarily take out and delivery, they also have tables so you can eat-in.

Did you really just tell me "uhhh its going to take OVER an hour" to deliver? I live 5 mins away, as does any resident of bristol.... so can you please explain how it could take OVER an hour to deliver food thats done cooking In less than 7 minutes? If this is the case than I suggest you hire more people. I only order from you guys because its always been good quality but OVER an hour!? Cmon man...

we ordered Generals tsao chicken. the chicken came out looking the left over parts of the whole chicken that they didnt use for the boneless chicken with the cartilage & fat as the main dish, barely any meat. The fried dumplings looked they had been made with the remains of thee chicken & bones ground upp. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CHINESE FOOD EVER!

It took 4 hours and multiple phone calls before my delivery driver came- with a bag of duck sauce. We ordered $50+ of food and didnt receive any of it. Employees were rude on the phone and still made us pay for the order. DO NOT GO TO LUCKY GARDEN.

Food is basic Chinese but delivery service is terrible. Could have drove to the store and back home and learned to make my own Chinese food in the amount of time it took to get to my place (5minutes down the road).

I enjoyed my meal, I ordered Sesame Chicken with white rice and Wonton Soup.... I found an ant in the soup. The lid was completely shut when I got it, and I did not open the lid and I saw an ant floating.

The food is pretty good (not great), weve ordered delivery from here a few times since it became Lucky Garden (used to be China Moon). Delivered fast from one town over, and the prices are fine.
