Waited a couple weeks for the opening buzz to calm down...still was busy, but just third in line...anyway food totaled 31 bucks..were a family of 5 usually fast food runs 20 to 25..so i expected the difference to be in quality of food but no..just generic. The burger was ok, they forgot the bacon (sin) surprisingly my daughters chili dog was probably the best thing...only two bucks good value...chicken nuggets have that nasty oily after taste of an overbreaded bird and the fries i would describe as the good crispy competitor burger king ones not the undercooked ones they usually give you. And oh everything was lukewarm..probably pre-prepped due to long lines. All in all maybe will try them again but for 30 bucks I can get two delicious dennenos pizzas with three toppings each and have leftovers for the next day.

I Absolutely Love how hard the young folks are working there! They are so polite and respectful! Its Obvious some of them are on their first ever job and some are Fast food Veterans! I have only one complaint! Yesterday I asked for a Large Diet Cherry Limeade. I Specifically asked for "little ice".. I got it, got about 3 miles away and realized it was mostly ice and little limeade! This is Ripping folks off and I dont like it!!! What was supposed to be a 32oz drink was nothing more than a 12 oz drink and a hella lot of ice and lime wedges. I attemted to call but the number doesnt work!

After a 2 hour drive, I just wanted something to eat. I pulled into sonic because its one of the few places open. No one bothered to answer me when I pulled in, and when I drove around confused, I saw ALL the workers still inside, talking and just cleaning. Instead of politely saying "sorry we are closing early tonight, our apologies!", the employees (Im assuming the manager since she was an older woman), just smirked and continued to ignore me when I tried waving at her. I cant believe the lack of maturity and respect that occurred. I feel that was unacceptable and terrible customer service.0

Updated review: After coming here multiple times, Ive found the food to be average at best. The service has been very slow and Ive found many employees do not know the menu well or the special pricing during certain times of the day. The Sonic brand is a good one, but this location isnt quite doing things well yet. Hopefully it gets better. Also, this building was built with a double drive thru. For some reason, they never use both. They need to use both to make things move quicker. No excuse for this.

The food itself is good, the first time I came they forgot a couple things in my order and I tried to understand and know they were busy, but the second time I came we were on one of the drive thru lanes and we were there for like 8 minutes while the other side had five cars go ahead of us and I still didnt get my order taken. Food is good but the concept of the way you order sucks because you can be there for a couple minutes and someone that just came might get to order before you!

Ordered number 11 asiago chicken grilled. Went thru the stalls and found it easy to order and much faster than sitting in the huge drive thru line. Probably would rate 4 stars but seeing this was my first time ever at a sonic and them messing up i think gives them a huge chance of messing up. The girl on the speaker even asked grilled or crispy despite us saying grilled. The receipt says grilled but its fried. I did not like the sandwich probably cause of fried chicken yuck...

Sonics used to be very good thats when they opened of course. Now it very disorientated they forget your food. The foods not as good as it used to be i havent been back in a while sometime u just need to be gone for a while then they would get it back on track but for now i wouldnt be giving them my money no time soon until they get it together the Staff are very nice people i just wish my food was just as nice/good.

Tonys the man! Went very busy the first week. Tony the lot attendant was very helpful and courteous helping make the time pass with a smile. Jayden was our roller skating server was polite and we enjoyed a little laugh when our money was almost gone with the wind but thankfully he was able to find it before a second wind gust caught it. Definitely a good vibe for the opening week. Happy to go back again soon

Prepare to see cones everywhere with confusing signs! 11/18/2016 Looks like they are trying to fix it. Menu was ok. Food was ok. Service was ok. Too much going on, the inside is really small - dont come in if you are claustrophobic, specially in peak hours. Food: Ive had better Service: Too much going on, however, the cashier that took our order was nice, knowledgable and friendly.

First visit today, Feb. 2. We found the restaurant to be clean, bright and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The food we ordered, 2 cheeseburgers, fries and one corn dog, was not very good. The burgers were semi warm, the fries were very disappointing, and the corn dog was cold and flavorless. Sorry, the food doesnt measure up to the hype. Not cheap either.

2nd time Ive gone there in less than 2 weeks asked for a funded blast $ 6 n change! For 1 ice cream! But get a regular ice cream with cool dough added no chocolate funnel added could have gotten this for $3 each time but upgraded for full funnel price. Sic n tired of getting ripped off! Happens to all of my family more often then not!

Unpleasant the employees are rude. These are young kids learning, probley there first job,and instead of showeing them how to do something when they mess up u hear them yelling at them then talking to other employs about hisor her mess up. Poor management. No employee should feel.lile crap for a mess up when just startong a job......

Never again.. If u can hear ppl from ur speaker, be proactive n go outside n take the order. Instead of havin the customer yell out their order, wait a whileeee for the wrong order.. waited a whilee to correct the order. Just a horrible experience deff dont recommend.. just giving up on sonic these franchises sucks!!

Approximatly 8:15am on 2/18/17. I waited at a stall to no avail after pushing the button. Checked hours on google. Supposed to be open. Went thru drivethru thinking maybe no carhops. Still nothing. Upon pulling out i see the employees outside smoking. Went to dunkys instead.

The place was packed, most likely all day and I was there at 5 and I got in and out of the drivethru in about 5 minutes and on top of that nothing was screwed up on my order. Theyre doing it right by my experience, now the challenge would be to keep that the standard.

Its run by little kids?? There all out on their cell phones taking pics and being loud. Food took almost 30 mins to take out. The empolyes even said the place sucks. I asked what came with a meal and she just said sides. I asked what she just said the normal stuff...
