Worst service ever this morning. I am normally a regular here have been foryears. But this morning didnt even get served cause "manager" was to concerned with the drive thru than bothering to take my order. Waited almost 15 minutes and she just kept looking at me and kept on with what she was doing like I didnt matter one bit.

Wednesday 05/03/2017. I stood in line at the the counter with my seven year old child for 35 minutes no one would take my order. The counter was being ignored. Meanwhile the manager was having a shouting match with a customer and profanity was being used. I will never set foot in any Burger King again as long as I live.

Walked in waited a few minutes placed my order nice customer service even though the highschool kids were there. Minus 1 star because the bathroom. But Ill blame the lack of paper towels and no mirror on the highschool kids as well. Brockton is ghetto after all.

No A/C , place was dirty, counters tables and floors. Overlooked all that, we were starving. Chicken sandwiches were dry and not fresh. Same thing for hamburgers. Onion rings were hard and inedible. Worst experience ever
