Really disappointing. Spent about $120 (including a decent tip because the waiter tried the best he could) it took them 20mins to make my sisters drink. Then, i was served a bloody burger when i requested "no pink". My sister received. the "no pink" when she wanted "some pink". They also forgot to bring her sauce, and she was left to wait 5mins while her food got cold. Her boyfriends tuna, he had to bring home and cook himself to make it edible. I could hear the waiter tell the table behind us that he was sorry, but they were out of the beer AND meatloaf they requested. Ive been before for appetizers and drinks. It seems they can handle that but not the actual burger part.I am sorry, but going out is expensive. And this was a huge disappointment. I would MAYBE return for apps & drinks but I will NEVER waste money on dinner again and I really regret bringing people there.I dont recommend.

Atmosphere was great, service was average, food was good. I ordered the salmon burger, never having tried one and finally had the chance to taste one at a burger focused restaurant seemed like a great idea. It was basically just a filet of cooked salmon on a sesame bun. I was expecting it to be a salmon filet chopped and mixed with bread crumbs and an egg or something to make a burger like shape, and then grilled like a burger. Barely any avocado, and the mayo (or aoli) was nonexistent...like I lifted the bun to check and saw less than a 1/2 teaspoon, couldnt even taste it. I would guess Burger King gives more effort into putting mayo on the burger than this place. So for $16.99 it wasnt worth the price. Got the regular french fries, they were skinny and hard. I will definitely give this place another chance but I will get the mac n cheese or veggie burger next time.

This is my third Plan B Burger Bar. I really loved the Hartford, and the Simsbury was great too. This place is beautiful, and right next to the Basketball hall of fame. SO here the service was really a cut above. I ate in the bar and the sports TVs are wel placed around the room. The Service was fast and beautiful. I as checked on by several others in the staff during my simple meal. I had the Cuban burger and admit I am hooked. Tasty, juicy, tender, flavorful and a real full meal. Would I go Back? Of Cousrse. See you there next time I am in Springfield. Oh Yes - a bit more - Nice art on the walls, and lots of beers on tap! and a FULL bar. See you there

The food was good (i had the steak wedge salad, which was very good, but other food in my party wasnt as good), but very expensive, for me ($16 for my salad). The atmosphere was loud (right next to the basket ball hall of fame). But the truly annoying thing was the kitchen must have messed up, because one other person and i at my table of 7 had to wait about 10 minutes for our food after the first person was served. They were done before we began. The manager came over and told us "it will just be a minute more, sorry, do you need anything else?" But that was all to make up for the mess up. Oh well!

Updated review: the manager not only took off from the bill, the kids meal with fuzz, but she also invited us to give them another chance with a $15 gift card. Being out of town and unable to use it at home, I insisted we try them again. MUCH better experience. Awesome sauteed kale side and mini burgers were actually pink and juicy. Server was experienced. Original review: Not impressed. Would not go back. Burgers were ordered pink, arrived all brown. Fries about as good as mc Donalds. Kids chicken tenders had hair/lint/fuzz. Overpriced for so-so quality food.

Great juicy burgers in a comfortable atmosphere. A few of my favorites are The Squealer, The New Englander and The West Coast. Steak fries and sweat potato fries are awesome along with their fresh pickles. Out go to burger joint. Time to edit this. 4/4/17.. something went wrong here. What used to be an awesome burger, is now a place you are playing roulette with your intestines if you go. Husband got sick from fish, I have had the "bathroom rush" from a few different burgers at different times. So sad to because they had such a great thing going.

The worst experience ever. Co-workers and I tonight decided to spend some time here. We were refused service, plainly because we were too many! Seriously, who in the business of serving food and drinks would refuse customers ready to spend a few hundred bucks in there?!! We were all well presented, decent human beings looking for a place to celebrate the end of a warm day at work, the waitresses outright said, no! We walk out and went to the business next door who happily accommodate us pleasantly. Bad business, period!

Happy hour isnt happy. They say it is half price but it isnt all they do is separate the plate. Sliders 3 for 7$ want fries 3$ total price 10$ same as menu. Also they have other apps mention as half price. But they dont tell you they are not the full description of what you get. You will spend the same money. Max Tavern is right next door and they have a true happy hour menu. Dont waste your time. Dont get me wrong the food is good but not at a happy hour price more like full price but we make you feel happy.

The people that cook dont care about the food they are cooking , andctheres not enough time for staff to properly do there jobs , from the back of the house to the front. The managers are drunks and dont know the first thing about being a mgr. They allow people to do drugs on the job .coke runs all thru the kitchen , smoking weed in there cars on break , dont eat the food trust me its bad, they dont care about the food OR there employees..

Great place to kick back I went here after reading the reviews. This place is really nice. The food is decent, and the beer selection is pretty good. I would recommend this place if you want decent food, with a modern and classy vibe. The seats are comfy. The menu is large, and they dont just serve burgers. (They also have gluten free buns.) I will be coming here again when I get back to town.

This place is amazing for a cheat meal in a Friday night. The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff was very helpful and smily. They cared a lot about how clean were the tables before anyone sets there. The waitress was always there to ask if we needed anything without bathering us. And the most important is the food, it was so yummy and fresh. And the prices were so affordable. Recommended

I went here thinking this would be a good place to watch the conference finals of the NBA playoffs... Nope. had to ask twice to get the game on the TV behind the bar and no one else in the place seemed to care the game was even on. There is no basketball culture in this bar. The food was so-so if youre into $14 dollar burgers that you can find at any chain American restaurant.
