I wish I could give a no star or better yet a negative star. I was very disappointed in my experience tonight. I ordered 2 pizza which cost me a little over $40. Pricey for pizza but normally the pizza here are pretty ok. I went to pick up the pizza and when I got home I was utterly disappointed to find out I was given the wrong order. I questioned and also told the server what I order and yet I was not given what I ordered. I decided to call to see if I can speak to the owner or manager to explain the situation. Needless to say I was not going to drive 30 mins back to pick up the my correct order which at this point has been sitting there for 30 mins or more. The owner was on the phone with me and said rudely to me yes your order is still here. Uhh no crap its still there... if it wasnt then we wouldnt have an issue. He then rudely said what do you want, you tell me what you want. I felt as though he was rudely accusing me of wanting to get a free meal. Lets not forget I already paid $40 for meal I did not order. I told him I wanted a credit for my next order since what I got was not what I ordered or paid for. I asked if I could swing by later or a different day to pick up a gift certificate or something for my next order. He then said I could come tonight and get the pizza I ordered then and that would solve the problem. I dont know about anyone else but old pizza that has been sitting for a few hours does not sound appealing or appetizing. He then said to just mention this situation the next time I order or ask for him and he will take care of my next order. At this point I highly doubt Ill be a returning customer. Very very disappointed and disgusted in the service. I will be taking my weekly business to one of the many other pizza shops in the area. As many people know there is no shortage in pizza shops on College Highway or close by.

This is a friendly place where many locals eat frequently. Its h/c accessible and they are now updating restrooms to accommodate wheelchairs. They have fabulous salads and a big enough menu to please even the most picky eater

I have never been wowed by the food, but I have also never been disappointed. It is the only place my parents go to eat in Southwick, and they have been going for more than 30 years.

Taco pizza is bountiful and tastey . also love the pasta n meatballs. And the turkey bacon wrap is flavorful. Cant say Ive had a single bad experience.
