Most definitely my go-to address when Im looking for a reliable takeaway that gives value for money and quick delivery. Such nice people and also very caring for others. The food is really good- try the dinners and sautées - the Chicken Francese is lovely and the sandwiches and pizza are well-garnished. Quantities are enough to share as well! If you are looking for reasonably-priced, smiling and convenient delivery in the New Britain Connecticut area, you wont be disappointed with this establishment.

I would not give any stars. Do not order from these people. They lie about how long it will take. They will charge your card for more than what your ordered then lie about it. They wont give you your money back for the order they messed up. Very poor customer service. The manager is rude and lied. Any decent place would give you your money back for food that was bad and wrong.

The owner is a complete jerk. If you have an issue with your food, he will most likely be rude to you, and it will not get taken care of. I have also requested to have cheese fries with my meal, he will not do substitutions, basically because he would rather have me order an additional full size portion. He is cheap, and far from concerned about his customers.

Pizza, grinders and dinners are very good. Ive tried several different ones and they have always been good. My wife is very picky when it comes to pizza and she actually likes theirs which is saying a lot. Quick delivery too. Nice lunch specials. Pizza Works has become our go-to place for pizza delivery.

FREAKIN SUCKS. ORDERED A BLT GRINDER AND I GOT RAW BACON.BURNT BREAD CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW DUDE CAUGHT AN ATTITUDE DIDNT EVEN OFFER SOMETHING DIFFERENT FRO THE MENU JUST HUNG UP ON ME SO I WENT IN PERSON. GAVE THEM THAT RAW BLT AND GOT MY MONEY BACK !

Me and my wife ordered grinders for the first time tonight cheeseburger grinders perfectly made Bread wasnt hard and burnt like other pizza places i recommend Pizza Works for grinders now I just have to try to Pizza friendly service thank you Pizza Works
