The customer service at Ski Ward is terrible. My childs snowtube came off the tow rope and he slid all the way down the hill, bumping into other people, no one asked if he was ok, they just hooked him back on and sent him back up the hill. When he reached the top he was terrified and didnt want to go back down. We had 2 hour passes and had only been tubing for about 35min. He wanted to leave because he was so upset. They wouldnt refund our money, the manager didnt seem concerned about my childs experience and was more concerned about when we left taking off our tags and not leaving them in the trash for others to use. The people who work there need more training and I think most of the employees were smoking weed, you could smell it on them and near the tubing station.

I took my girlfriend skiing at Ski Ward this past weekend. I have been an avid skier for a long time and hoped that I could teach her how to ski so we could enjoy it together. I took her to a larger mountain last year and it was a disaster, too steep too fast. Ski Ward is a great area for beginners/families. The prices are very affordable, the service is great, and the trails are well maintained (perfectly groomed runs). We had a blast, my girlfriend was bit by the ski bug, asking if we could go again this weekend?! I have no problem going back to Ski Ward, mogul field and terrain park are more than enough to keep me entertained for an afternoon! Thanks Ski Ward! -EC

This is a small ski area, they also have tubing. My son takes ski lessons and I think they provided a good service, but its pricey. We went tubing today and had a great time. It was $28 per ticket for 2 hours, which I guess isnt too bad. They limit the number of riders, so you may wait to get in, but dont wait in line afterwards. This is a nice family oriented place, if youre a serious skier this isnt for you. They have a cafeteria and a bar. I wouldnt risk my life by eating here, and if you have allergies dont even think about it. The whole joint is very dated, but the people are nice.

High prices, low maintenance. I had the chance to go there for a recent Ski race event. They only have a dirt parking ground, and because of the rain it was terrible. Food in the cafe is not very good. The fries were cold and hard. As for the snow on the hill, at some places the skiers were touching the grass. The only advantage of this place for me is that I live in Shrewsbury, and this place is closer than Wachusset.

Upon arrival we noticed the parking lot is more organized than previous seasons. The gentleman in the black vest waving lightsticks was a bit overkill though. The rental staff were very well organized, and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes my kids were out on the hill having fun. Customer service seemed a bit slow, but once our forms were filled seemed like everything breezed by.

Its good place for family and kids. its good place for kids party . It place close to Marlborough and around. Rent equipment and pay for time. Weekend have to wait generally. Its not like Vermont or other famous ski resort or place but its OK.

A great place to learn how to ski. They also have snow tubing. In the summer they have tubasliding which is a blast. Thus is my daughters favorite place to have a birthday party.

I took my kids snow-tubing here and they had so much fun. I love it because it is close and cheap. It is a good way to spend a weeknight while being outside!

The hill is well, a hill and is not the most interesting place to ski. They do however, have a nice lift and lodge, which is more than other local hills

I play volleyball there during the week and it is always a great experience. Friendly staff, delicious food from the grill, and never an issue parking.

Fun close by hill for sledding. It wasnt as crowded early on, but can imagine it wouldnt be as fun if you had to wait a long time.
