My household has been going to the Train Stop Restaurant since 1994, now re-named and under new management, called the Flat Penny, and are regular customers, go there at least once a week. Apparently they have a new grill or oven. A couple weeks ago my hamburger was burnt. Today my daughters personal pizza was burnt. Just because an establishment has a new grill or oven, does not justify serving burnt food. I tried to address that my daughters personal pizza was burnt, and received Very rude service from our waitress. I am 55 years old, I know if food is burnt or not. The waitress was so rude. Heads up Flat Penny, or you will certainly experience decline in your patronage.

Lived down the street from this place for 10 years and have been going there since they opened in 2011. Great local bar with good food. Theyll know your choice of beer after 2 or 3 visits and your name soon after. Ive never had a bad meal, whether it be the typical burger & fries or some of the more creative choices on the specials menu.

Good basic food options. Limited wine selection. Reasonable prices. The parking lot is small and interestingly shaped. Seems like a locals place. Overall pleased!
