I had a quick pitstop at 1620 Brewhouse during my recent trip to Provincetown. I love the location as its in a popular area in Provincetown. Theres ton of shops and other restaurants too. 1620 has good value on tap and bottles, at least during the time I went which was around 12. The only dish I had was clam chowder. it was okay, I had several chowders during my stay in the Cape and this was least favorite. I like a thicker chowder, perhaps this is how New Englanders eat it but it wasnt for me. It had flavor and chunks of clam but the broth needed to be thicker.

Went there near closing time, while it wasnt too busy. Took a little while to get the food but everything was really nice and well prepared. I had the birdsnest sandwich (blackened chicken) and the boyfriend had the mainer sandwich (fried cod). Everything was nice and hot and really tasty. Overall, friendly staff, good atmosphere, good food!

Womyns Week 2016... We went there for burgers one night and it was so good we went back again the next night. The second night I had their steak and cheese which was probably the best one Ive ever had....The burgers were juicy and cooked perfectly. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint burger joint!

Visited yesterday...server Jake was outstanding...very, very helpful and fun. The food was wonderfully delicious. 2 of us had the birds nest which was soooo good. Also, Jake even altered a bloody mary for me so it wasnt so spicy. And the french fries were perfect. Cant wait to visit again. Thank you!

If you want good bar food then this is a good place just dont expect good service. The waiters and bar staff are all too busy on their phones, chatting with each other than being attentive to their customers. I waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledge my group..... not very busy time

Stopped in for a beer after checking out the stores in P-Town. It was around 10pm on a Sunday so it wasnt too busy. They had a decent selection of brews on tap, but thought there would be more since its called a Brewhouse. We sat at the bar and the service was ok not great.

They wouldnt make a hot toddy...seemed a little odd/stubborn to have all the ingredients and just refuse to make a drink. Also, terrible service from beginning to end-our server was either really hung over (at 4:30 pm)and/or on drugs. Good food and good beer selection.

The food was really good, but it took almost 30 minutes for drinks to be delivered and about an hour for food. Nothing we ordered was complicated and we were only 4 people. It wasnt busy. Would recommend if youre looking to kill time but not for a quick bite.

Stopped here for lunch and ended up loving it! I had the BBQ bacon burger and it was excellent. The burger was perfectly cooked and juicy. My girlfriend had the fish tacos which were also really good. They have a nice beer selection too.

Saw a show in the event theater behind this restaurant. Everything was fine. Nothing to really compliment on. The staff was nice. The place was clean. The theater was pretty small though. Overall, a fine experience. Nothing outstanding.

More expensive. 4 of us came in. The place was empty. We were refused a larger table so we could be a bit more comfortable. Left after 1 round and went ro rhe squealing pig and had dinner and 3 rounds. Their loss....

Food was average or bellow expectations. Both the truffle fries and calamari were greesy and not very tasty. The beer selection was decent but not impressive for a place with such name.

If you are looking for a warm and friendly pub to grab some drinks and maybe a bite to eat, this place will not disappoint. Its also home to the famous / infamous chowder-fries :-D
