Ive been to all sorts of BBQ places in my area, but nothing can and will compaire to this! I myself are the type that will never have the same item on the menu twice (that is unless its just to good to let go) so everytime I sit down Im looking at the menu over and over. The drink menu is big, nice wide selection to choose from. The wings, out of this world. There cooked to be crisp yet juicy on the inside. My latest visit i sat down with a plate of wings and the manager Nate came over and asked if I had tryed the "smoked wings?" After saying no he walked away and came back with a plate of 4 and said "This is what Smokey Bones is about" By far best wings Ive ever had! the smoked flavor enough could make you mouth water! As far as price, Its not overly pricey but your paying for what you get. I thought "17$ for 16 wings?!" But after biting into think meat wings with delicous sauces and dry rubs, The price is cheep!

We visited this location last night for the first time. (love the locations in Florida) 1. Our server arrived to our table after waiting for 15 minutes to put our drink and appetizer order in. 2. Our appetizer didnt arrive for 45 minutes- soups came before the appetizer 3. After canceling one of the entres, because it was taking so long, the server still charged us for the meal, until I CAUGHT IT AFTER PAYING THE BILL> She made several excused about being short staffed and not enough people in the kitchen. Every time she came to the table, she must have said "Im sorry" at least 5 times within each conversation-this was without us complaining at all. So disgusted with this server and the service we were provided at this location. Definitely taken off our "go to place"

I will never eat here again. This was my first time at the North shore Mall location. I went after 10 pm with a big group. Nobody was at the front when we arrived so I should have known it wasnt going to be a good night. It took 15 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. And there we only 10 people in the enture resturant. She took our orders and before our food came out we asked for the check because my husband and I, and one other couple needed to leave early. We asked for the check 4 times and she finally gave it to us an HOUR after we asked for it. Then she took another 15 minutes to give us our card back. The food wasnt even good and I ordered a burger. This was my first and last time at this franchise. Never again.

Last few times Ive gone in for lunch, first of all it was not busy at all yet took 10-15 just to get our drinks. The drinks were weak. I came here on opening night and the food was great. The food has since gone downhill. Im laying on the couch right now because I think I got food poisoning. Last but not lease, the service is horrible. Couple of ditzy waitresses who neglect their customers because theyre either socializing or on their cell phones. I was so dissatisfied with the service that I couldnt even tip them appropriately. Better change their game or they will lose business and be forced to close down due to low profit margins.

What happened to this place. I just picked up an order from them and it was so disappointing. Their food used to be good, and the ribs used to be delicious. Now, everything taste like they were just microwaved. The rice was still in the bag they had microwaved it and it was tasteless. The ribs were smaller than my pinky and had no flavor. They were worse than the $10.00 rack you could get at Applebees. I Will never go there again!!! If you want barbecue youre better off going to Tennesse down the street. At least youll get ribs that were not microwaved for a few minutes.

Went there last night for the first time and probably will never go back. We were seated right away but had been waiting over 15 minutes for a server or anyone for that matter to come over to our table. I ended up leaving but my friends decided to stay, on my way out I let someone know that we had been waiting and they said theyd send someone over right away but never did so my friends ended up leaving too. I was excited to try the food as it smelt so good but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully if I ever return, it will go better than the first time!

This place is amazing! AND misunderstood The location is awful for the concept but I have been here several times and the staff is upbeat lively and enjoy being there. The managers are also very enjoyable for the most part and are caught up being liable to the mall and balancing the true reason people come in. The reason people come in is because of the staff and managers that make this a great inviting place to eat and drink...haters gonna hate!

This place was great a while ago. We went as a foursome a couple of weeks ago and it had changed, not for the better. The bartenders in this establishment are immature, unprofessional nitwits. Rotten fruit in dirty glasses. Giving free drinks to friends, while ignoring paying customers. Throwing straws and various bar accoutrements at us. Seriously? Wont go back again. A $ 250.00 lunch felt like a pre-k picnic. Just awful.

Went there around lunch time this Saturday. They were very busy, but the service was fast and courteous. We ordered the pulled pork platter and the pot pie pasta. Food was great. The pasta was a surprise, the flavor was balanced, the pasta was al dente, and the pot pie stood up against Harrows. They know their food here, and definitely a top restaurant in the North Shore.

Great tasting food, menu has a large variety to choose from and the drink menu is full of signature specials with a huge amount of beers on tap or bottles to choose from. Tabatha is a bartender at Smokey Bones, she makes the drinks delicious! And she is always very nice and prompt a true pleasure to have as a bartender!

My family and I ate at the Peabody location recently. A family member has food allergies and not only did the kitchen manger Ryan come out and greet us he made suggestions on what would be ok for her to eat. He couldnt have been nicer and more helpful and the food was delicious. Will definitely be visiting again soon..

The food and drink menus are good but the real draw for coming into this place is to see Delia! She is an amazing server/bartender! She creates a great atmosphere and experience, half the time I come in she knows just what to get me before I even know myself! If youre going to come here, you have to request Delia!

Honestly the food is no good and the drinks are "eh" but when youre getting such great customer service from "Max" i think that might be the only reason to actually come back to this place. Pellanas was my favorite restaurant in Peabody but if max keep working at smokey bones i will keep coming back!!!!

I guess my expectations were too high after hearing people say it was good. Apparently they dont know what good BBQ tastes like. Poor service, took 15 minutes for drinks to arrive after placing order and the place was pretty empty. Wont ever be back
