Chipotle is an excellent place to eat with great food for good price .It is healthier then the other fast food places and chipotle is availble now nationwide.The one big problem I notice with this Norwood location as well as many other chipotle Grills I have been to,is they have to many customers coming in all wanting a meal and the workers can not keep up with the demand.I notice the rice is not always fresh or they are out of fajitas and I have to wait for them to be done to put in my burrito or my burrito goes cold waiting or I just skip it and get a just a rice and bean one almost 8 bucks which is a ripoff .I am vegetarian and I want fajitas on it and without I kind dont want the burrito.I have noticed sometimes they run out of napkins or spoons because the help cant keep up with thousands of people coming in a little place all in one day.I have noticed the counter where they prepare your burrito is not always clean and has food falling off laying there with no time to clean up.I actually like the chipotles locations that have less customers as your burrito will come out better and you will have better service.

Well , what can I say , the last 3-4 times I have gone to Chipotle in Norwood I end up with either the last scrapings of rice , chicken , beans , or Fajita veggies . Today was the last straw , as the gentleman scraped the last 5 black beans , and the last 4 bits of chicken out of the pan . I was so dumbfounded by this that I forgot to even ask for my veggies . If I could post a picture of my burrito bowl I would . Absolutely sad , I almost , and should have just walked out . I have frequented this place many times and its just been horrible lately . Never again . One more thing also , they charge you 2.00 for about 15 chips and they never seem to have any chips ready to go ... This just seems to be poor management to me , there is no other explanation . Just sick and tired of wasting my money in this place .

I have gone to this Chipotle twice, and will never go again. The first time there was a line out the door, it took 35 minutes to get my food. The staff did not seem to care, there were about 8-10 employees which should have been able to handle the lines, however instead of doing work they decided to sing, dance, and goof off. Given that its Chipotle, I decided to give them another chance. The same incompetent staff, 15 minutes to handle a line of 5 people. Out of Chicken, and the fountain soda machine was broken. sloppy counters, place is a mess. I am writing to the Chipotle corporate office, this is by far the worst Chipotle in history.

I asked for a steak burrito bowl, loudly and clearly told the server I wanted it with everything and apparently it went in one ear and out the other because when it was time to check out, there was no lettuce, no tomatoes and no onions. I had to ask again but there was a line in back of me, didnt want to be rude to the other customers waiting and I wasnt about to have him go back to put the missing toppings let alone ask for more because the orders from the customers behind me started piling up, there was just no way! Server also seemed to have an attitude, NOT cool!!!

9 times out of 10 there is at least one menu item unavailable, and management seems uninterested in fixing the problem since its been going on nearly two years. I took a business card last fall to contact the manager but he doesnt even provide his contact info (must not want to hear the truth). Just listened to some other people in line justify leaving to go to a different Mexican restaurant and their logic was flawless. We left too.

When they have what you want the food is delicious. I dont know if all the locations run out of as many ingredients as this one but there is always something missing at Norwood. Today it was cheese and they have a broken fryer. Last time it was cilantro and carnitas. I would have thought with all the bad press from people getting sick they would try harder to bring in happy customers. I might have to stop wasting my time here.

Worst Choptle ever. Dont go here. They suck. This Choptle is very close to where I live and I love Choptle food but this specific location has given me repeat disappointment and issues. Im absolutely livid and the people need to be warned. DO NOT EAT AT THIS CHIPOTLE LOCATION!!!! We got Choptle today and my 6 year old daughter spit up her food exposing RAW CHICKEN!!!!!! If I could give them negative stars, I definitely would.

General managers serves undercooked food. Goes against general labor laws and FDA and OSHA standards. Consistently failing food safety audits. Does nothing to fix problems. Fires their good employees to continue paying the useless unethical favored ones. I was wrongfully terminated because i stood up for my employee rights. This location is a joke. Want good chipotle? Stay away from this location, trust.

I went last week and order a bowl with lettuce, they didnt have dressing, and yesterday I went to order the same, they didnt have lettuce, I complained to the Bryan the manager, he gave me my meal for free, apologized and was very pleasant, I really wasnt looking for free meal, but he did the right thing. makes me go back. I think the management changed in Norwood MA.

I ordered online while at work...I got three softshell tacos when I got back to work I unwrapped the foil and only found two tacos big disappointment cant go back. so I tried calling after three calls no answer I am extremely dissatisfied. Will never go back to this location.

The Norwood Chipotle is consistently the worst Chipotle in the area. They frequently run out of menu items and, the area behind the counter is full of dirty pots and pans and appears dirty. Furthermore, the staff is generally rude and skimps on portions.

Staff is not helpful. When asking if any vegetables will be ready soon. They said the machine is broken while laughing. Not sure what machine they are referring too. Also the last two time my family has visited the chicken has been extremely fatty

Love Chipotle usually but this location ALWAYS has issues. They run out of items (especially chips) all the time and 4 of 5 times mess up our online order or leave something out. We now drive out of our way to the Westwood location. Too bad :(

Filthy place.... Overflowing Trash Can... Hairs over the counter... A guy behind the counter was shouting.... There is no cheese in the house because, it was not his job to shred cheese... so they said to the customers...we are out of cheese .

These folks do it right. Just hit it during Irene hurricane/trop storm outage. They just kept servin & serving with all the courtesy and good humor they have on slow or regular days. Top notch!
