Service was ok. Food was good. My only problem is the dinning room is not handicap friendly. My father who can barely walk and uses a walker, couldnt make it to the table and chairs, which were on the other side of the room. We sat in the seats just as you come in. The table was like a coffee table, which made it hard for him to eat. I know were we sat was really intended for the younger generation, but they really should change the seating around.

New chicken parm sandwich is really good u just hav to order it with extra marinara sauce because it does get enough on it to start . It should be a reg menu item if it isnt all ready , the sandwich is a 4 star sandwich easy/ all day. One of the better fast food chicken sandwiches by far McDz doesnt hav a thing on that chicken sandwich , value meal is very affordable ,sandwich alone is 5 and some change no price gouging there at all.

I ordered a Vegi burger and an Unsweetened ice with Splenda put in it. The guy acted like it was a big inconvenience and finally said, OK bud. Im not this punks bud. He was rude, so I told him to forget my order. He answered, whatever. I have great experience BK in Maine. This location needs to train people in customer service.

The food is ok but now I have diabetes and my cholesterol is through the roof. The cheese is moldy and chicken nuggets arent 100% white meat. I tried a sandwich and I throw up and piece of bone. The drinks are fne but dont get the coke because it is filled with pepsi cola. and wendys is more savage on twitter.

My little sister just found a hair in her milkshake they dont wear hair nets the manger cant look u in the eye because they know that place is gross I highly recommend that u check ur food and drinks before eating and drinking ur drinks and food

Went through the drive thru and the person taking orders should not be taking orders. That person was the rudest person I have encountered in a service industry job. We were rushed and did not appreciate how we were treated at all.

For fast food its not bad. The service at this location and the available selection is alright. It meets expectations for where you are at. The reason I gave 4 stars is that they never have ice in their soda machine.

Family has come in a few times. Orders are always right, food is yummy and meets our expectations of a Burger King. The lobby needs a bit more frequent cleaning. Free WIFI and TVs.
