It is all depend on when and which day you go to this restaurant. I went there two times. 1st time experience was awesome, very good services, good food, quality is good and fast order. Liked it so much and planned to go this place many times.But my experience was good because it was Thursday Lunch time. 2nd time i went on Saturday night and i will give only 1 or 2 stars. I waited so long for each time server will come to my table. i need to ask multiple time to send someone to my table. i ordered same food and it was completely different then weekdays it was severed. I can see that all severs are flirting with each other in the corner. Waited so much when need to order refill the drink. I order Taco salad and 1st time it was field with so many vegetables including what is written in menu but 2nd time it was full of onions only. When i asked that guy why it is so difference he said sorry, Restaurant is busy.........is this the answer??? I will never think of going when restaurant is busy.

The decor is very Mexican, colorful and authentic. The only complaint about the decor was that the music was too loud so it was hard to hear my dinner companion. Loved the chips and salsa. The salsa was actually on the spicy side. It also came with bean dip as well. I have the casa vallarta burrito. Huge. It was tasty but i hate that they put the sour cream and guacamole on top of the burrito as i do not like them. Once removed it was very good (and good for leftovers). I loved that the chicken was real pieces, rather than the shredded crap at most Mexican places. Hubby had the mole chicken burrito. Again huge and tasty. He had no complaints as all other than being so full. Yet we had the fried ice cream (so he suffered through it). The portion was small given the price but very good. The menu (not dessert prices) were very reasonable.

Suelo venir con mi familia a este lugar muy seguido y siempre hemos degustado de buena comida y bonito ambiente, pero en esta ocasión la señorita que nos atendió nos cobró el 15% de lo consumido, lo cual dijo que es para quien limpia la mesa.. ya habiamos dejado la propina en la mesa como soliamos hacer. Ella no se había dado cuenta.. En fin que raro que ahora la propina sea obligación y tenga su costo establecido!

we went as a family the food was good but the waiter was clearing table in front of us and went to walk away and his shirt got caught on hook on booth the dishes went flying to floor , breaking everywhere near my nephew high chair lucky the dishes did not hit my nephew but food was all around and on high chair . I felt really sad for the waiter he was apologetic. It not his fault his shirt got hooked . The tables are close together so it made it hard to move sometimes . But I do have a problem when not one manger came over to the table to see if the my 11 month old nephew was ok And to apologize . We know things happen but the manger could have acknowledged us .

I went here for dinner and ordered the chicken taco salad. It was pretty bland at the best: chicken was unseasoned and tasted like it was cooked in a Crock pot. The chips that were served with the meal did not taste fresh and were just as tastless. Add in the fact that the food seemed fairly expensive compared to other Mexican cuisine restaurants and you end up with an unimpressive dining experience. Sorry, do not recommend.

The servings are large. Sometimes the food is not the only thing a restaurant serves. My daughter suffered for the last 3 month from lung cancer. Radiation made it very difficult to eat. The bean dip they include in the meal proved to be edible for her. I went and ordered some, explaining that it be bland. When I went to pay they refused and provided it to her on multiple occasions. Thank you

Very good authentic Mexican food. True Mexican atmosphere, waiter was very friendly. Only thing I didnt like was when I was leaving, the two girls by the exit were too busy talking about personal life and did not say anything to me. Usually when you go to a restaurant they at least say "have a nice day". Its the little things like that that make people want to come back

Very nice ambience and I was astonished to see live Mexican band playing some lovely songs I went for dinner and satisfied with range of veggie dishes The food was authentic and quantity was more than enough for one person to consume The servers were polite and customer friendly I would recommend this place for family outs dinner and lunches

Had dinner there last night, the place was packed but we were still sat in 15 mins , our waitress was amazing Im sad I dont remember her name she deserves a shout out..... The kitchen made us plates that were not on the menu , because we loved their queso bean dip so much they integrated it into a meal for us a great place to eat. Thank you.

Great service we have Perla as our waitress she was very attentive. Very busy place wr have 4 different margaritas they where fantastic and i have a mixFajita and my girlfriend had a chimichangas. After dinner we ordeer our second margarita no dessert but the brought a plate of taquitos on the house . They where the boom. Thank you

Not my favorite mexican food, I think these guys make things more sweet than it should be, salsa and other dishes, but overall not a bad place. They have live music on Thursdays(?), that was fun to watch once. And they serve refried beans with your chips in addition to salsa, a nice and inexpensive extra touch.

My favorite restaurant for Mexican food. Their Arroz con Pollo is delicious. The service is always super quick, friendly and efficient. I also love the atmosphere - its so bright and vibrant when youre inside. I visit at least twice a month and would recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

I cant honestly give them 5 Stars given that the food is only 4 Stars, however there is certainly nothing to complain about with the quantity, as well the service is wonderful, and the servers are friendly and are willing to listen to both the Good or Bad. Definitely will be coming back yet again!

Festive atmosphere, delicious food. It gets a little loud on Thursdays and Sundays with the Mariachi band, but is a really good time. Ive been here at least a half dozen times and ordered take it a few times as well for groups. They handle our large well. Building is a tad rough, but recommended.

We have been to Casa Vallarta at least 10 times now . My wife and I will not go to another Mexican restaurant if the quality of the food and service continues to be excellent. The staff is always friendly and the manager is always around to make sure you are satisfied.

Best authentic Mexican around! 5th time here and have never had a bad experience, the Camarones a la Diabla is a must try! Great atmosphere with snazzy decorations on the seats qmd tables, lots of TVs in the bar area if thats your thing. Love this place so much.
