I can t even begin to express how adding Harbor of Hope to our week has changed our lives. We had been searching (not aggressively) for a church that we liked, felt comfortable, connected with but failed until we walked through the doors at Harbor only months ago. We were just recently baptized there as well. Harbor feels like home. I look forward to Sundays, and the messages I receive through the sermons that carry well over into my week and outside of church. What I love is that all of the people (congregation or pastors) are open, welcoming, down to earth, genuinely caring and real. They care about our community both local and globally, as well as us as individuals. They live up to their mottos: LIVE fully, LOVE deeply, and GIVE freely. and “No Perfect People are Allowed.” I grew up being dragged to sunday school but now I go because I love it and I love what I get from Harbor of Hope but more importantly its how its changing me into a better person.

All feel welcome here. We came in and jumped at the chance to serve with and among the most exciting people. From the staff, to the people that serve the coffee, work with the kids, and welcome folks on Sunday, we have felt included from day 1. I hope that all feel welcome here. When I volunteer on Sunday, thats certainly my number one goal. They have just added a Saturday night service - at 5pm. This service has a great feel to it and if you havent been to church in a while, or have never been, I would recommend coming to this service to check us out if you dont want to give up Sunday mornings with coffee and the Sunday paper. ;-) I have a 6 year old son who loves to come here. The Sunday school folks do a great job; the sunday school is a big part of the church. If you do come, I would recommend getting involved - volunteering in any area, as well as getting involved in a journey group (aka weekly bible study or small group).

I have lived in New England for 7 years now, and until walking in the doors of Harbor of Hope a year and a half ago, I never considered this place I live "home". The community at Harbor, the staff and Gods message revealed and living in this church have all left a permanent imprint on my life and my relationship with Christ. I have made life long friends that will be there on my brightest and darkest days, encouraging me as sisters & brothers. This is a church that practices what they preach, we are on a journey together not only to build each other up, but to bring others to Christ and to be truly involved in a community outside of our own walls. I grew up a "Christian" but sometimes look back and wonder, did I really ever feel Christ? This church is anything but a cult and I have been proud to bring friends & family (Christian AND non-Christian) alike to Harbor, where they have felt welcomed and special. We would love to have YOU visit!!

Harbor of Hope is a warm and welcoming place for anyone who believes in Christ. I have been attending this church for a year and a half and find it uplifting and on par with my religious beliefs. It is silly to judge a place of worship without walking in its doors and seeing for yourself. I was raised Catholic and found myself searching for a Christian church to attend that helps me to build my spirituality in a positive and forward moving manner. I like that I walk out of church smiling and wanting to be a better person. Please do not let negative reviews keep anyone from giving it a try.

Harbor of Hope is an amazing place, facilitated and directed by sincerely incredible people. Though I do not regularly attend Harbor, whenever I have been there it has been an extremely welcome environment. And heres the catch...Im not even Christian. If anything, I lean a tad toward the skeptics side. Though this certainly isnt something I flaunt, its also not hidden. Never once have I encountered anything but graciousness, warmth, and above all, respect from the Harbor staff and community. To me, Harbor represents the message of Christ, not the agenda of a church.

Harbor of Hope has changed my life in so many ways. My experiences at Harbor have shaped who I have become today as a wife, youth group leader, and daughter of Christ. Whether I am at Sunday morning service, taking part in a small group, or participating in the many events Harbor has to offer, the love and compassion of this church is so very evident. My husband and I picked this church to attend nearly 2 years ago and the journey has been amazing! I wouldnt change our experiences for anything.

Before I got married my wife and I found this church. I was still in school and it meant a lot to me that the people at harbor bonded with and cared for my wife so much. In the Starting Point small group she was discipled while I was still at school. We made fast friends of many people at there and the staff. Soon we were in premarital counseling and Jed married us. Habor really is a great community, just introduce yourself.

Harbor of Hope is more than what happens on Sunday morning. Harbor will invite you in on Sunday, and look to get you plugged into a small group where you will grow as a community. My Sunday morning experiences at Harbor have been great, but my small group experiences are what have caused me to grow the most at this church. Best decision my wife and I made was deciding to attend Harbor!

I grew up Jewish, and this was the FIRST church I felt 100% welcome at. Jeds teaching is powerful, but relatable. His honesty with his faith is encouraging because hes so real. I dont think you find that at many other places. Harbors vision is "to help people find their way back to God" and stick true to that. I LOVE MY CHURCH! I dont think Ill ever call another church "home" :)

Harbor of Hope is not my home church but Ive visited many times with a friend who attends there regularly. I always feel welcome there and feel that my heart and spirit have been filled after singing worship and listening to the sermon. As a person of prayer who has prayed for years for Christian revival I feel that Harbor is an answer to that prayer.

A friend invited me to Harbor of Hope when I was going through a rough time. It was incredible. Ive been going regularly for over a year now and I was baptized in March. That experience has only made me feel closer to all of the people at Harbor. God is doing big things through Harbor, and I enjoy watching all that He does through us.

My wife and I felt welcome here from day one. Its a safe place full of good people where you can explore and grow in your faith—not to mention its a pretty sweet venue. The music is modern and uplifting and Jed is just all around awesome.

When Rita and I came back in December 2012 we were welcomed back with open arms and lots of love. Getting baptized on 3-24-13 was a joyous thing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this AWESOME church to anyone who has been looking for a church!
