The hookah was clean and presentable, how ever the place is not! The waitress was nice but I felt like I was in someones bedroom, and not a hookah bar. The Bathroom was clean, but I had to walk through the kitchen to get to it. The music was nice, and not too loud, so my friends and were able to chat. They had "MTVs 16 and pregnant" on t.v. as our waitress sat down and watched it (WEIRD??) I ordered tap water and they gave us bottled water instead. Their excuse was that they were a new business and there was something wrong with the tap (what?!!!?). These people are so lazy, save your money and aggravation. I cant believe this place is even running on Atwells Ave. Ive never been to such a GHETTO establishment. Very expensive and unprofessional. Go to another hookah bar for 2 more dollars.....Byblos hookah lounge off Thayer street is great!!!

While I loved the atmosphere, the place seemed clique-ish. Especially because friends of the workers controlled the music all night. The workers were friendly as hell though. Kind of sad I learned it was a B.Y.O.B establishment after I was there a few minutes and all the liquor stores were already closed. However, my server Jennifer (Thursday & Sunday nights she told me were her days) made up for it the best she couldve. She was the best, all smiles all hard work and quick responses. Marissa let me get one request on the music at the end of the night. Very worth the visit!!

Went here with some friends, have been here a few times before and had great experiences. Clearly is under new management now but we were charged for water, not allowed to bring outside drinks like Gatorade in but people could bring alcohol bottles. After about an hour we were told we have to leave unless we bought a refill for the hookahs we had. Tip was included in the bill so we didnt even have a choice in tipping, which wouldnt matter if we werent getting kicked out. The staff was very rude, will not return.

Over priced and way too loud. When we sat down and orderEd the hookahs, the menu had choice of regular bowl, orange, grapefruit or pineapple but when i just wanted a ceramic bowl they said they only do fruit. The hookahs came but we didnt get coals until we asked, twice! Then they forced gratuity on a party of 4, though you can only do that for parties of 6. The server also knocked bits of the coal and embers on my hand as I signed the recipient. I will NOT be go in back.

Terrible communication. The structure of the set up is a mess. They tell you wait time is 15 minutes when in fact its whenever their "friends" decide to get up. The owner kept telling us to wait when we thought to just go to their competitor down the street. The service is below satisfactory. Need some work on this guys. Get it together soon.

Under new management. My friends and I used to frequent this place and it was fantastic. However, most recent trip we spent about an hour there until being asked to leave by the manager. Very rude experience from the new management, and also charged for water. If you want a good night out, do yourself a favor and dont go here.

This is the WORST hookah lounge in Providence. Terrible customer service, and very expensive. Not too mention, they already include the tip on the bill which they do not deserve. Save your money & go somewhere else!!!
