Used to love this place, when it was a little hole in the wall, and was my families go to for delivery. Since theyve opened up their new place...ALMOST EVERY SINGLE ORDER HAS BEEN SCREWED UP!! Tonight, the newest screw-up, I placed a small order for delivery...for my son a small sub with ham, bacon, American Cheese, and lettuce...Dry so you would think no mayo or condiments....for my Mother in law a small steak & cheese plain (AGAIN NO CONDIMENTS) and toasted...and a small Cajun French fry. Needless to say...provolone cheese and a BOAT LOAD of mayo on the ham and cheese...a non-toasted steak & cheese with MORE BOAT LOADS OF mayo!! The small Cajun fry was the only thing correct!! Had been using them less and less and tonight was the last time!! Wish I could post pics of the receipt and the pics of the order. My Mom in law ate hers bc she was starving...I took apart my 12 year old sons sandwich...cleaned off the mayo and provolone cheese and moved it to two pieces of wonder bread. Also have tried calling and always get a hold on...to wait and wait and wait...FYI didnt bother to call tonight bc I am t be going back!

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star but in oder to leave a review I had to. They over cooked our steak tip dinners and when I called to complain they demanded that I didnt eat the food so they could show the cook and he would sent out new food. Well my family ate the food that they odered and I waited 45 mins for my new food to arrive. When the food arrived he said he was sorry and could replace the food but not my money for that meal only. I told him that I wasnt able to eat with my family and I also waited over 45 mins for my new food. He proceeded to argue with me and said I want the old food to show the cook. Needless to say he left the new food took the old and kept the 15 dollars from the food. I spent 56 dollars there and my business ment nothing to him. The money was more important to him then satisfying the customer. I would not feed this food to my dog. I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE!

Primo is always my first choice when ordering in my area especially if I want a haddock dinner. The last 2 times I ordered my fish was load with bones. And tonight not only were there bones all in it but there was a wet part on the batter that also got the fries wet and when I ate both I spit it out because it tasted like cleaner. I wont be ordering haddock anymore and I might just not order at all from there anymore since this isnt the first time. I also ordered 2 chicken finger dinners 2 weeks ago and asked for the fries to be well done fries were perfect but the chicken was hollow because that too was well done. Sick of wasting money this is why we stopped ordering at brothers

Called for pizza at 5pm and was told I could pick it up in 15 mins. I got there at 5:20, paid and waited until 5:50 for cold pizza. It was clearly made earlier and held for some reason. They were not busy at all. Thats too bad, this was my favorite local pizza place.

Wish I could do ZERO stars. They mess up expensive orders then blame you. RUDE owners. No wonder why their parking lot is always empty. Will drive miles to get food other than them. Quality way below par since they moved. Never going back

Have been ordering from then for almost 20 years now. Love their primo special sub. Everything is always great. If its lunch time, make sure you give them plenty of time for your order because they are PACKED!

Ive had their pizza several times and have always been happy. The crust doesnt take up half the pizza (like Sals) so plenty of room for toppings. The cheese and veggie pizzas are exceptionally good.
