A ray of sunshine in our short stay in hell. Our server for our dining experience was Fernando #247096. The drink and meal order was taken at the same time and he seemed at first to be very efficient. Then we realized something was not right when we received our drinks about 10 minutes after the order was placed. My wife received her meal when I received mine about 10 minutes after the drink order but it took like another 20 minutes for my 9 year old to get her meal. When he brought her meal out it was luke warm. Everytime we order fahitas here or anywhere else it always comes out sizzling hot. This is my daughters favorite meal here. My order was for nachos Maximo but I received a small plate of nacho chips with a little cheese. Normally when I order this dish here it is enormous and loaded with meat, nachos, and layers of cheese. One of my favorite dishes here. The server only came by about once every 10 to 15 minutes. I thought that maybe he works at two different locations at the same time. When I finally seen him I told him that I was very unhappy with my order he said he would have another one made right away. About 15 minutes later he returned but no nachos so he said he would check on it right away. He returned with the nachos about 10 minutes later when my wife and daughter were done eating and I told him to forget it. The server seemed to not care about us and never apologized for our bad experience. A few minutes later Beth Ricardelli the manager of the establishment came to apologize for the inconvenience. She was very nice and pleasant. A ray of sunshine in our short stay in hell. I normally receive exceptional food and service at this establishment and was shocked by the lack of service provided by this server. I truly believe that the bad experience be the sole responsibility of the server and he should be terminated immediately for his lack of performance or the responsibility would then be placed on the establishment itself. The bottom line is that a restaurant is only as good as its food, prices, and service. A very disappointing experience to one of the favorite places to eat for my family and myself.

First let me tell you I came from California and I absolutely 100% hate Mexican food. My wife loves it and so it was her turn to pick and she chose it so I usually just get guacamole and chips and shut up Today I decided to take a dive off the deep end and get a chimichanga. Ive never had a chimichanga but as they say in the carnival you can deep fry anything right??? Let me tell you I now have hope for liking the Hispanic cultures food I didnt taste any beans Which is huge for me because my kids love Taco Bell and Ill go to Taco Bell and no matter what you order you get bean and rice burrito Anyways back to the food it was amazing the service I cant speak highly enough of but the food was absolutely one hundred percent delicious and the owners should be proud of what their crew is doing because to turn somebody that absolutely hates a certain type of food 180 degrees around is something to be proud of. Even their Furniture is handmade and its kind of cool watching the videos that are on the wall as you learn about the culture and how they build their own furniture and masks and such

My family and I went to Margaritas tonight to celebrate our mothers birthday. We had told the host that it was her birthday in order to surprise her with some kind of celebration, which we asked him to relay to our waiter. After our meal we asked to see the manager about this since nothing ever happened. The manager was extremely rude and asked if we were just trying to get free food which was extremely demeaning and insulting. We frequent Margaritas often and have never experienced such rude service. It is safe to say that we were not satisfied with our experience.

Been here three times over the past two years. Good food for the first two times, the service was a bit confused but we were happy overall with the experience. The most recent time the salsa served with chips was so salty that no one at the table could eat it. I complained and asked for fresh salsa which was equally salty when it arrived. The meal this time seemed smaller, good quality but nothing spectacular. I will probably give it another chance but there are other Mexican restaurants in the area that are better.

Dont get me wrong, we love the ownership and the atmosphere of this place but there is a slight problem with the bar. The smaller blonde bartender has the biggest chip on her shoulder and holds the largest attitude. Considering I know of more than 20+ people that have experienced her, i know this isnt just me. The one time we sat at the bar, we tipped her dollar a drink, at the end of the night she made a smart remark to my buddy how cheap we were. Good one. Last time I will be sitting at the bar. Good luck to her!

Despite a full parking lot, there were plenty of open tables inside at 6:30 pm Tues. and we were immediately seated. The service was excellent and the food was very good TexMex. The serving sizes were very large, enough for two unless you have a really big appetite. Next time we will split an appetizer and then split an entree. The cost of the drinks is not on the menu, however the margaritas were $7.50 each.

This place is great! 100% because of the service and staff. I mean, yeah, its a chain restaurant so you get what you expect but this particular location has great employees who ALWAYS remember your face and super friendly as well as good food at a fair price. Highly recommended. Def stop by if you need a bite to eat while in the area shopping. You wont regret it.

Eh...its ok. Just like the label for 3 stars says. Would I go back to try other stuff? Probably. Am I raving to friends and family and jumping at the bit to go back? Not really. Ill admit, I can be a Mexican food snob. Im from southern California and Arizona, so I feel I have some knowledge on what good Mexican food should taste like.

This is a nice Mexican restaurant. The food is good, but dont expect exceptional flavors. Inside is not bright, and gives a sense of privacy. Actually it has an interesting Mexican decor. When we were there, the servants were nice and kind, but at first took a long time before we were asked for our order.

Awesome place ! Nice and friendly people. We went there to celebrate a friends bday. Their staff helped us in arranging the birthday cake. They came over to our table at 12 with the cake singing the birthday song in Mexican style...It was definitely a BIG surprise to my friend..!!

Last night I went to margaritas and my wife got hair in her food. If you go on the facebook page I put photos. After arguing with the management they took 20 bucks off of 140 dollar bill. Terrible experience and service. Its to bad when they first opened they were good.

Food is good but service has been spotty over several visits. Weekday lunches with slow service even when its near empty. Weekday dinner where food came quickly but no check-in and had to flag server down halfway through the meal to point out we were missing something.
