Worst service in history. I sat there and waited at the bar for my takeout order for over 15 minutes without even so much as a glance over to see if I wanted a drink. The bar was empty. It was so bad that I literally called the bar and asked her for service. Unless youre friends with the 20 only customers that come here daily, youre treated like an outsider. Go see for yourself. This place is now 0 for 4 with me. Its down the street and I want to like the place but apparently they dont want the business.

I really loved this place. Was taken on a date with my boyfriend, Service was amazing i ordered the "Pasta especial" which i might add how generous the genius cook was with the lobster, scallop and shrimp. This is at the top of my list of the best pasta i have ever ate anywhere. The Bartender/waitress was friendly and promptly responded and serviced us. Also we ordered drinks they were also good wish it was a little more garnished. I plan on becoming a regular.

I have eaten at Top Shelf at least a dozen times and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience there. The food is consistently great and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. For myself and multiple family members and friends it has become our go to place for great food at a fair price. Worth the trip!!

If youre looking for quality, tasty food, i am a foodie and this place was a pleasant surprise. I met a few friends here thinking it would only be "bar food".... Boy was I way off. This place should be a top destination for anyone looking for amazing food in the NB area.

Delicious sandwiches. French fries are outstanding. Fish and chips are great as is the meat skewer. Football days has a good reduced price appetizer, drinks and meal menu. Fast service and friendly staff and owner.

This place is a waste of time gross food rotten service ...this place should realize that it is jn America ..not some third world nation that is ready to compromise ..top shelf is more like bottom corner

The food is great! Nice atmosphere! It can be a long wait. Even once you are seated it takes like 10 minutes for someone to just take your drink order.
