Absolutely ridiculous service I have never been so appalled in my life after the way I was tonight. We have ordered from here on multiple occasions as it has become one of our favorite places to eat. We ordered delivery like we also do, food showed up with missing items that we paid for. We always tip on top of the delivery tip thats automatically added so since we already tipped him, we called back asking if they could still deliver us the missing food. They said they could either credit us or they could deliver the food right away, we asked if they could still deliver the rest of the food. 45 mins goes by and still no food. I called them back and asked if we can still get a credit because we didnt want to wait anymore with being so hungry we wanted to eat what we had. The woman answering the phone was so rude telling me things like "if I could fly there we would but that wont happen" and that "sometimes the customer is wrong and you are wrong". I work in customer service...not once did I raise my voice, not once did I use any negative language or an angry tone. I simply just asked if there was anything they could do to make up for what we lost and she raised her voice saying no over and over again and that it was all my fault for not calling earlier. I was willing to even tip the driver more for his time to come back, but instead I refuse to ever order from such an incredibly disrespectful place.

best food in town hands down. absolutely the rudest and worst customer service ever and the biggest offender is the guy behind of the bar he is downright rude. when you have a local biz customer service goes a long way. ive read the reviews and im not the only one saying that. All started by asking for some hot mustard for my companys order and intantlly started barking at me and then when I asked for chili or hot sauce I was yelled at and told if you want you pay other than that you get nothing. Hope this guy comes in my work someday. I wont be back in until im offered a free lunch and apology. if not then you lost 4 of us who order once a week and spend a lot of money on sushi. I dont believe ill get either but we will see.

The food is always good, but this is the only place Ive been where the kitchen staff cant get a complete meal out at the same time! The nail in the coffin was the manager arguing with us that WE were the problem because werent understanding. She made no offer to appease us, but rather continued to interupt us. Not worth it when there are plenty of other places to eat!

This is the only restaurant Ill go to for sushi and Japanese food. Their prices are fair, the food is always great, and the staff are all very polite. I havent had problems with the wait, and the takeout my family got on New Years Eve (one of the busiest nights there) was just as good as anything Ive eaten in the restaurant.

The food here is absolutely fantastic - as long as you sit down and eat here. The takeout quality is a step down, unfortunately. The sushi is great, as are all of the eight or nine different meals Ive ordered. The service can sometimes be a little lacking, largely the fault of cramped seating, so that cost them one star.

Great food and I love that I can get Sushi and Chinese food at the same place. The Sushi has been fresh each time and, unlike a lot of other places, the Chinese dishes seem like they are prepared more healthy and dont leave you feeling stuffed.

Coming here with a local legend like Matt McLennan is a sure fire way to know this is a local favorite. Good sushi rolls and a friendly staff make it top of mind when a Methuen lunch is on tap.

Is ok I guess if you come with out kids, place to small to fit a family of 6 never mind if you go with more ppl as I did. The waitress didnt know the menu, didnt like the customer service.

The amount of chicken in my dish was ridiculous. The manager was rude and didnt even listen to my request. Rice doesnt come with the main dish. Would not come back here.
